If you don’t like dnp, move on. I know the pro’s and con’s and I’ve used it more than once. Serious question, anyone ever get nose bleeds on DNP? Maybe the first two or so cycles I was fine but ever since, by the 2nd or 3rd day of use, I get a nosebleed around 300 mgs. If I go less I’m fine. As soon as I lower the dose or stop using dnp, it goes away. The lining of my nose gets irritated or dry and burns sometimes. I’ve never experienced anything crazy other than a simple nosebleed

I don't get nosebleeds, but I tend to get sick with a cold if I stay on longer than a week. I believe it weakens your immune system over longer cycles.

Interesting. This time around I’ve only had one nosebleed but I’m the past I’ve had it happen more. Although I think I might have a thin membrane or vessels in my nose since it seems like I’m a little more prone. Something else, any idea what causes insomnia from dnp? I used to never have it but now I usually wake up at least 3-4 times during my sleep.

I’m beginning to think I get them because I am already a little prone and for whatever reason It happens. Any idea what causes the insomnia ?

None. Some nights are Better than others.
