Not that I’m trying to clown this guy on his dick, but it’s most definitely a combo of more than likely being below 6” long, and thinking he’s smaller than he is. When I was young I thought I was kinda small because of porn, when I grew up I quickly realized I was completely wrong lol. Don’t let porn fool you, they have a lot of tricks they use. Apparently it’s used to treat micropenises, now I don’t have a micro penis but I’m only about 6 inches down there but figure any more growth couldn’t hurt. I’d love to try some pharma grade andractim but it seems very hard to find, I hate to ask to be spoon fed like this but ive never seen a source for it. Why dont you get that surgery that snips the ligament? Word has that most of your dick is inside you and the snip helps that. Idk I'm married so dick size is no longer a concern for me lol
