Still have my young pit bull hound. Lost my little yorki shitzu, over 15 years with her, was my mom's dog, before my mom died, kind of one of the last remnants.
Sucks, every time I get up from the couch, out of habit check to make sure she isn't underfoot. Every time I get food, glance to see if she's begging for her piece, then realize she isn't there.
