Sup bros,

Starting my DNP cycle RIGHT NOW!

This will be an 8-10 day cycle (depending how I feel at the end)
Day 1 - 4 : 200mg/day
Day 5-10: 400mg/day
Day 1 - 10: 25mcg T3

Starting Stats:
Weight: 200.6lbs
Height: 5 11"
Body fat: 15.3%
Fat Mass: 30.6lbs
BMI: 28.0

Supps:
25mg Ephidrine HCL (for energy)
Milk Thistle (450mg/day)
Vitamin C (2000mg+/day)
Vitamin E: 1200iu/day
ALA (500mg/day)
Omega 3-6-9 (2 caps/day)
Tons of water
Benidryl (Every day)

Diet:
Fruit
Low calorie/carb Jello/low fat whip creap for carb cravings
Keeping calorie intake ~ 2000cals
High protein in take. Moderate carbs (mainly after workout), low low fat.

Workout: (typical day)
15min bike twice a day (to/from work) (going to test it the first few days to see how hard it is)
30 mins Weights
20 mins walk/jog

lol been half an hour since I popped this, should I be feeling anything now? Feeling almost like when I take some san Tight or other thermo fat burners. Probably my mind playing tricks on me.

Im ready for the pain brother.. Tomorrow im stepping up to 400mg. hehehe

Today has been fairly moderate, been biking ALOT did a 15 min session this morning and after work must of rode for 30-40 minutes.. sweat is moderate and liltle short on breath but nothing major. Felt really tired after work as well. Havnt weight myself yet but my stomach looks a little more flat and I definitiely notice more vascularity.

I actually lose vascularity and look fatter when I start cooking on DNP. YOu should start holding water with the higher dosage. I am not wearing a tank to the gym because it looks bad. I am flat and couldn't get a pump with a air hose up my ass. Its disapointing when people come up to me and ask if I am still dieting for the contest because I am all covered up or looking weak. I have to keep my mind right and its hard when the diet has you depressed. I have to stay focused on the 8wks and 3 days I have left.

Anyway, venting a little bit before I go to the gym for the second time today. Feels better to get it off my chest...lol.

Ok well I carbed up today... Had korean Bbq which consisted of a TON of meat. Im sure there was a bunch of carbs in that as well. Im semi warm right now and not sweating hard but there is a little. Pretty much your standard meat sweats. :)

Back to proper diet tomorrow.
 
Day 4

Ok..

400mg

so i was a bit warm last nite from the carbs I ate. I woke up a couple times during the nite feeling really thirsty. Drank a bunch of water then back to bed. I woke up with a really dry mouth and a semi dull pain on my right hip side. Took a bunch of vitamin C/ALA to help the good ole liver and kidneys out. 400mg and I am starting to feel it already. Im a little warm sitting here but its cool outside again so thats great. Im going to attempt a bike ride to work and see how that goes.

lol BRING ON THE PAIN!!!! Im gettin a tad impatient that it hasnt come yet.. lol.. just mild heat flashes after I eat. like right now.. but common.. I want to be dripping sweat!!!

I fogot my ephidrine at home and couldnt bike cause it was raining.. so im tired and lazy right now.. try to hit the gym tonight and do some weights

Does it matter when you take your DNP really? I usually take it around 8:00am but I am hangin with a lady friend tomorrow and will home around 1:00pm.. Should that be a fine time to take it?

I don't think it really matters when you take it since it stays in your system for 36 hours, I could be wrong though.I take one when I wake up and another about three hours later.

I too am ready to start feeling this stuff,I'm on my second day at 400mgs and I feel great,no heat right now,no sweats...but I have been getting compliments about my weight,also my arms feel tighter.Not as much flab as before I started and I have had a cheat meal almost every night since I started. :rolleyes:
 
are you using H's ***?

I did a burst cycle (3 day)
1000mg day 1
400mg day 2
400mg day 3

It was very HOT! I weighed 189 on the morning of day 1. so far.....2 days after last dose (this morning) I am 181.

When you do burst cycles...... you really can't do much besides lay around with a fan on your head wishing you were dead.

BTW......my bodyfat is roughly 6-8% right now

Unfortunately I got mine from a different source so I dont know where he got it from. Just yellow caps thats the best I can tell yah

Ok. So I usually take my stats in the morning, without any food, drank 1L of water and before workout. My gym has a decent impedance scale that I use for it.

Starting Stats:
Weight: 200.6lbs
Height: 5 11"
Body fat: 15.3%
Fat Mass: 30.6lbs
BMI: 28.0

May 28th Stats:
Weight: 195.6 (-5.0lbs)
Body fat: 14.3% (-1.0%)
Fat Mass: 28.0lbs (-2.6lbs)
BMI: 28.0

Soooo looks like I may have lost some muscle BUT I also did 2 other measurements, one last nite and one after workout today and they showed 12.8%bF @ 199.4lbs @ 25.6lbs fatt mass and 13.2%bF @ 195.6lbs @ 25.8lb fat mass respectively.

So I would roughly assume I may be down 1.5lbs muscle and 3.5lbs fat. Mind you, I just came off a cycle 2 weeks ago and will probably have greater muscle loss than someone that wasnt on (cause you dont keep all your gains)

Last Night: Last nite I woke up 2 or 3 times to take some long ass pisses and drink water. After 3:30am I fell right asleep. I was a little warm after my meals but nothing extraordinary.

Takign 200mg this morning and 12.5mcg T3 and the same dosage this afternoon.

Do not use impedence to judge composition during the cycle. Bio-imped. has enough problems without the added fact that water balance is way off while using DNP. Measure 6-7 days after last dosage when water is regulated.

Rob, you might have some bunk sh**. I know people have different tolerence levels but you should notice a level of body heat increases right now.
