I stocked up from a few different sources and all the gear I got from Sigma has a manufacturing date of 2016. I know the hormone won’t go bad, but how long could the carrier oil sit for (without going rancid)? Stored in a cool, dry, dark closet. Kinda sucks they didn’t have anything brewed sooner, because some of this is going to be sitting for a bit.

Its only numbers on lables... most ugl...they not printed date...

I used couples years ago tc Watson 4 years after date ..and was good...

Some company also printed 10k lables... with one date ..becouse is cheeper...

I get that it’s just printed numbers and most ugl don’t do that. It doesn’t change my question. The carrier oil won’t last forever. I just want to have an idea of how long it lasts after brewed. If it’s only 4 years for example, I can’t use any of the sigma next year “just in case”.

Administration (FDA). A law passed in 1979 required drug manufacturers to stamp expiration dates on the bottles of products that they sell. That date is the date until which the product manufacturer guarantees the full safety and potency of the drug. The date does notnecessarily mean that the drug is unstable after the expiration date; it just means that the product will be for sure be stable until the expiration date. It’s sort of like a food label in that way. But drug expiration dates are much longer because drugs don’t spoil. Most drug products have an expiration date that’s 1 – 5 years from the date of production. That said, once you open the product up, the expiration date no longer applies.

1) the question wasn’t specifically asked to you. It was for anyone on the thread who may have an idea.

2) google does not have an answer to my question. I wasn’t asking about expiration dates of drugs or the hormone gong bad/losing potency. I was asking about the life of the CARRIER OIL.

3) I’m being short with you because when I ordered, I was very specific that I would be storing a bit of this order. I specifically asked if I could not be sent product from the old batch in 2016 and if it was possible to get newer gear. You said YES. But I still got old shit. If you didn’t have it or couldn’t fill the order as asked, you should have said so and I would have ordered my bulk order from someone else.

Did I say you sold me expired gear? [emoji849]. I don’t care about the shelf life of MCT oil sitting on the shelf in the original bottle. I want to know the shelf life of it AFTER it’s used to brew gear. You don’t know the answer l, so you don’t have to keep responding with what I’m not actually asking.

Also How do you not even know what you’re selling? I was specific about the dates when I ordered. You never mentioned anything about “mass produced labels with incorrect manufactured dates.” You just said “Ok no problem.” That’s why I’m annoyed.
