IMHO I would start taking something for liver and kidney support now. You liver enzymes are elevated, which is to be expected, but yours are quite high if I'm not mistaken. I believe your ast can be 29 and be in the high end of normal. Yours are twice that.

Edit:
Your BUN creatine levels are high as well but they're less of a concern. A high protein diet and strenuous activitie (I.e. Training) can raise your levels above normal. You can try some extra fiber or add chitosan to your supplement regimen to help support your kidneys. You can also take some folate and milk thistle as they both support liver function and enzymes. Just my $0.02....

Yes 100% you can take them all at once. They're all over the counter natural supplements. You can also add some Folate/folic acid, and also as @lifter6973 said maybe add some NAC and/or TUDCA as well. If you're super worried about your BUN/Creatine levels just lower you protein intake a little and consume some more fiber. You really only need 1-1.5 gram of protein per body weight, as that's the recommendation of most sources you would find through searching the interwebs. Everybody's different though.

They messed up on my appointment date. They scheduled me on September 7 which is on labor day so they rescheduled me to today 9/9/2020 just got my blood drawn and will be getting results latest by next week. I am running TEST - E only cycle 500MG (250MG) twice per week (SIGMA). Will keep you guys updated!

It was my first shot of this brand. I've been on a different brand of a sust cyp mix(the sust had a pretty strong pip is part of the mixing) for a month or so at a little over 250mg a week. This wasn't taken for accurate bloods just wanted more accurate than feels before I hurry and reorder.

Yea but I’m not sure if you can tell anything at all from that test... only one pin of new sigma and the other sust would still be in your blood, so if it helped you that’s all that matters but to me that doesn’t tell u much.

I seem to respond poorly to test as far as total test to mg. I happy enough with the numbers I got to order more. Will do more complete bloods in a month or so

Testing after first shot is not a good way to go about it- you should test when youve been on one brand for at least 3 weeks- if you get bloods again in a month, take 48 hours after last pin and hopefully you will have been on for a month

Never said I had concrete numbers on alpha sust, just had numbers, thought it would be appreciated over a boner/feelz report. I wanted numbers as quick as possible to order more, I've had horrible luck at getting a reorder in while I have a source with gear I like

Hey brother! so your first shot and you tested 1700 ng/d ? how ? sustanon has 2 short esters and they contain the least amount of test level among the 4 testosterone in sustanon. You are not providing accurate information. How do you know if its from the alpha sust or the cycle before that ?

Placed a domestic USA order and everything arrived within 5 days. Got some freebies. Haven't used the gear yet, but the Cialis and Viagra work very well. Planning to use the gear for my cruise so not sure any blood-work would be relevant? I will get bloods done after my summer blast clears to dial in my TRT.

Never said I had accurate numbers. Already explained why I was in a rush to get blood work. I guess I can't be positive the the 260ish mg of test I took 11 days before wasn't the reason my numbers were over 1700 but as I said I don't respond as well as most. I went to an anti-aging clinic and 100mg of cyp and HCG only put my number at 564
