You need to see a doctor ASAP if it’s been that way for more then a day. It’s called edema and it could indicate something wrong with one of your organs. Stop asking for medical advice on a steroid forum and go to the doctor.

That is sign to serious problems not to scare you, but you absolutely need to go now and be seen. Any time your feet swell or ankles like that, it can mean your organs aren’t operating properly. This is nothing to joke about.

Correct. It has nothing to do with pinning, it’s likely one of his organs are not working properly or something is way out of balance. Either way, not something to take lightly because it could be serious.

maybe I misread- is he bloating like crazy or just holding water- I mean things like dbol and hgh are known for causing water retention which is noticeable in the feet and bottom part of the legs. I have never gotten water retention just from injecting test tho so that is fishy.
my guess would be problem with kidney function

My aunt has the same problem , she is in her early 50's but she is on heavy medication for the past 15 years and she is retaining a lot of water on her legs especially her ankle. Doctor told her that her kidney isn't functioning at the optimal level (due to the medications) causing water/sodium retention on your feet and ankles. I would highly suggest seek a d0ct0rz asap.

He could have right sided heart failure and not even be aware although I would expect it to be more insidious that just waking up one day to find edema to lower extremities
Kidney function maybe although he would’ve noticed an obvious decrease in urination
I thought at first lymphedema but that would most likely not be bilateral

I did. Before I knew how bad I converted testosterone to estrogen. Back in the day I did 500mg test Cyp and .5mg arimidex twice a week. I got so bloated and had edema. If you touched my swollen ankles it left an imprint from my finger. Now this was a slow progression of water bloat over a few weeks. It didn’t happen over night. I learned back then I needed 1mg Ed with that much test. So it’s not impossible. But if he blew up with water overnight then I hope he’s already been To the hospital

Tell me about it [emoji23]. In my late 20s I had a hormonal imbalance and needed .5mg 3x a week just in life. Sucked for years. Something in my body changed over the years and over time I needed less and less per well. now I’m completely off an AI.
