So whats the deal with getting a fucking tracking number from this guy??? I sent him 500$ last Saturday and he said it went out Monday but i still have no tracking number. I asked him 3 or 4 times now and he only responds with 1 word answers and no tracking number. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had with a source. First time using this guy and most likely last time unless he does something drastic to change my mind. I spend tons of money on gear every month....sucks for him that this shit is most likely going to take me elsewhere. Wheres my tracking at @NandroXL I need to know when to be home. How hard is that to understand???

Not sure who you usually order from but I don't know of any public source shipping domestically that provides a tracking number. This is done for safety reasons.

Now if it has been a week and you still haven't received your product then yes some sources will send you the tracking number then to prove it has been sent.

It really doesn't "suck for him" that you will likely go elsewhere. If you "need to know when to be home" to get your package then you are likely a security risk that a source is better off not dealing with.

TBH, at first, i did not like his very short replies but what I care more about is the quality of the products I buy from him. If you read last several pages of this thread, you will realise he is a good domestic source and there are not too many around...
Since you spend tons of money on gear every month, I would recommend getting your package shipped to UPS store near you for 5$. This way you dont have to worry about being home when the package arrives.

All this could have been avoided if he would have told me that to begin with. He also had no clue when I even paid. Said the pack shipped on a day that was before I even paid. All Im saying is this is super unorganized. I care about the product quality for sure....but I also care that I know when my pack will arrive so I dont have to risk picking it it up at the PO. Or worry in general. This is my first time using this source and it wasnt the smoothest experience. Hopefully the gear is better than the customer service.

If u read enough pages, you'd see I had similar problems and when I got aggressive like he does, I was made to look a liar...after 2.5 weeks almost it was resolved. I understand asking a specific question n getting one word jargon answers drives a person insane. Ye he's arrogant but good at this. If you stay calm and don't piss off other members, they will eventually bat for you and the Meso union will ensure ur whole. Hell send it as it's bad business if he doesn't. Keep ur pms or emails for if and when a brother investigates....prolly if u pipe down, hell send ur shit if he hasn't...I do believe youll be strung out if u fuck with him. Stay respectful, ur issue will be remedied.

Maybe chill till u hit ten days or so....I had international disappear for 2.5 weeks...to hit the us at 21 days....after 8 days at customs it didn't move, next day delivered...tracking still says being processed and it was delivered ten days ago....if u get nowhere after two weeks be nice to @movingiron88 maybe he'll assist you....

You paid on Saturday and Monday morning you were already asking for tracking information, processing payment and the order takes time.
Did I ignore your e-mail ? No, I responded back saying yes because the parcel was sent out I didn't add tracking information because at that time I didn't have tracking information with me, sometimes i get tracking information right away and sometimes i get it so late that the customer will already have the package by then. About your e-mail I don't know who you worked with before because sending out packages requiring your signature and your ID is really insane because that would mean that they dont care about your safety.

Based on your posts I'm guessing you have been ordering from international or private sources in the past.

No domestic source I've ever heard of requires a signature. That just isn't the way it works. Some international packages do require a signature though.

Domestic sources just don't as regular practice give you a tracking number, it just doesn't happen.

And yes he has a tracking number on your package. Domestic packs are sent via the same method by every source I know of. While I'm not going to mention what that is there is tracking on the packages.

I would bet your pack will arrive in the next couple of days.

After that I would recommend you find some other source. I would recommend telling any source you choose at the time of ordering and before payment that you expect a tracking number.

If they accept your order then you have every right to request the tracking number. If not you can continue looking until you find someone who is willing to provide that. It simply isn't standard practice on domestic orders. Not trying to be a dick but I have a feeling while you may have been in the game and placed lots of orders they likely haven't been from public domestic sources based on your posts.

It's ok you did not look like an idiot you just wanted your order, it was my fault as well as your fault. I deleted the order e-mail to fast and you answered my question to late, I returned the payment that same day hen the issue was resolved and everything was ok.
