Dr. Mariano or Dr. Crisler?

480 is not that bad.

Go see DR Ilja Hulinsky in West HAven, CT. He specializes in HYpoG and also takes INSURANCE something Chrisler doesn't.

Aetna is a $30 copay and he will spend an hour with you

Are you a patient of Dr Hulinsky??

I have a scheduled visit with Dr. Mariano for August. I will keep people updated on how things go.

Re: Dr. Mariano or Dr. Crisler or Dr. Ullis?

I'm surprised no one's commented on Karlis Ullis, MD. Has anyone been to Ullis or can shed some light on him?

I am also considering Mariano as well as a doc with the N. Calif. office of Holtorf Medical.

I live in Vegas, and have been looking for a doc pretty much anywhere on the west coast to work with & address my needs.

Beyond just getting a scrip, I need an expert to address my primary/priority issues of hypothyroid(elevated rt3/tsh) and adrenal as well as in my overall wellness, fitness and anti-aging goals. In all the posts across multiple forums, Mariano has a near flawless rep as being brilliant, however, I called Mariano's office and he does not use some of these HGH secretagogue alternatives such as sermorelin, etc. that both Crisler and Ullis use and have had experience with - and that I'm interested in exploring.

I had been on GHRP-6 which is a HGH peptide like sermorelin and didn't feel any different. It just made me sleep better. If you are GH deficient then your better off with the real thing and not a peptide. I've had low levels of GH for many years and need to be on the HGH.

What about CJC-1295 and all these others I read about that users claim are miracles?

I worked w. Dr. Ullis for a year. His publications here drew me to the board. Then I found the forums. I also read his books before seeing him. Some of the material in the books is dated. He was and is very focused on general aspects of health and then HRT as a complement. He spent a few visits reviewing meal and exercise logs he wanted my wife and myself to keep. He also matched supplements to the assays and individual goals that we set. I enjoyed many a interesting discussion with him on research studies on supplements. The visits were a minimum of an hour. Assays preceded every visit.

I'm in need of seeing a really good doctor, but not sure which one to see. I know these 2 are near the top of the list when it comes to hormones and trt. I started a PCT 2weeks ago (Scally's protocol), but incase it does not work I will need a doctor who's good with TRT. Every doctor I've worked with has sucked and trt was did not work.

Anyone have any input?

so how did things work out? who did you see?

I hope to hear some positive PCT feedback from some of yalls questions. I just discontinued 4 weeks of dbol 25 mg and am taking 750mg of Test E weekly plus using Androgel topical gel daily. I believe the dbols jacked my blood pressure up way to high and i felt like shit most of the time. I did pick up strength pretty quick but honestly, I was already quits strong. My concern is that for the last two years i have been struggling with Low T and im only 32 y/o. I am a career firefigher and am expected and known for my strength and gym pumped attitude. I would like to know how to acquire the best and most affective PCT that will normalize my natural test and help cut some fat. I am 6'1 255 lbs with alot of body fat in the mid section 16%. I dont aspire to be a dang underwear model lol, i just want a flat stomach and a remedy to get my own test back in shape. Please help a fella out if you can.....I welcome any and all legit ideas or recommendations!!

I went and saw Dr. Mariano and the experience was great. He's uncovered so many dam problems that I've had and did not know about because my last few doctors really sucked. I've been on his treatment plan for almost 2 months and feeling better mood wise and slowly my libido is coming back.
I'm no longer on trt and had restarted my natural t which is slightly over 400 now and e2 was at 33! I had been on thyroid meds from my last doctor, but when Dr. Mariano evaluated me and I was still hypo. I've had to triple my thyroid dose and started adex to keep estrogen down. I've always had an issue with estrogen for some reason. Bring estrogen down and tripling my armour should increase my testosterone for sure. Progress is being made for sure, but it will take a while since I have so many issues to deal with.

Here is just some of them:

Celiac disease
undermethylation
hypothyroid
neurotransmitter signaling problems
GH deficiency
hypogonadism
insulin resistance

How did things go? How did you get in touch with him? I keep getting the answering machine.

Did you leave a message? I did and they got back to me pretty quickly. Things went really well. Read my last reply to headoc on this thread.

I've seen some doctors who were considered to be some of the best in the business and they don't compare to Dr. Mariano. He is in a different league for sure. I can't believe that Dr. Overbeck even gets mentioned or compared to Dr. Mariano or Dr. John.

He is nowhere close to being as good even though he's advertised to be.....keyword "advertised." There is a night and day difference when speaking to Overbeck on the phone for a follow up and speaking with Mariano. Dr. Mariano is way more informative when you ask him a question. His answers are mind blowing. Overbeck would give very vague answers and many times I got the feeling he was bullshitting me cause he could not figure out what was wrong. I've spoken to others who have seen him and felt the same way. You ask Overbeck a question, HAN and him mute the conference call, then he comes back and answers your question. Unfortunately for them on a few occasions where he tried to mute the call it did not mute and I would here HAN telling him how to answer the question. I'm know that there are others who had experienced this before. Something just does not feel right with those guys. I'm sure they have helped others, but when the going gets tough or complicated they really don't have the experience that Mariano or Crisler to fix it.

HeadDoc, maybe you remember when Overbeck was posting here for a very short time? As soon as you and others asked him for any info or credentials, he immediately stopped posting.

So HAN (who has neither a medical degree, a naturopath degree, and obviously not an english degree) is handling your medical care. Who the fuck would allow this?

Those posts seem eerily similar to HAN's posts..

Can you elaborate on your treatment plan? I am specifically interested in what you are doing as far as your neurotransmitter issues.

I did and they haven't got back to me. I'm in UK though. Going to have to go with Crisler or Overbeck now.

how would u contact mariano, he seems the best of the lot.

overbeck and han are frauds, just advertising done by han is bringing overbeck to forefront. however he is good at looking at root causes from what i hear.

crislers an ego, money hungry tit.

han wanted 250 dollars for a consult, the guy aint even a doctor, chancers.

I've emailed him and tried phoning about 5 times but can't get through. Mariano does sound like my best bet but I can't get in touch so I'm gonna have to probably choose Crisler. The cost isn't too bad either flying out to see Mariano, but if I can't get in touch.

...I've always had an issue with estrogen for some reason....
Here is just some of them:

...
hypogonadism
insulin resistance

Your E2 levels are probably building up because the liver (which is supposed to break down E2) is doing a poor job. This is common among people with insulin resistance. Most probably, these people also have non-alcoholic fatty liver.

Also, your hypogonadism is most likely due to lesser production of FSH and LH (secondary hypoG), which happens because of insulin resistance in the brain (hypothalamus produces lesser GNRH)

Your TRT must reduce the linuslin resistance a bit. Other than that, exercise will help a lot (I'm sure I don't have to talk about the merits of exercise to someone visiting the MESO forum)

:)
