Its just taking long. They can't be seized, its just impossible as its a container with an import agent. We're a little backed up, thats all.
lol @ "warehouse workers". It's a couple chinamen in a shed. I'm just trying to speak in the source's parlance in a vain attempt to get a straight answer.

This sucks. I had a great first experience with DO last year, and have been wanting to place another order, but can't until this is resolved. Actually, probably can't ever again.

@DragonOrdnance For the sake of your business please get to the bottom of this and then give us the truth, even if it isn't pretty. It will serve you better than side-stepping it. So far, there has been no reasonable explanation for how this scammer/scammers keep getting peoples' emails and order quantities. Presumably this also means they have our shipping address and name, which is fucked.
No updates yet beyond what I commented earlier. So far, we've found that the website's method of saving your passwords KEEPS you logged in, even if you switched passwords. I've fixed that, but I don't see a heavy vulnerable issue with that.

Considering this exact thing happened to PPL, and considering you share certain facilities, (and/or perhaps web services?), maybe it's someone internal? Is that being looked at?

Panda and his old rep lied to us several times and changed their story about why and how this happened, but at least we haven't recently heard any members in that thread complaining of receiving scam emails. They may have been able to nip it in the bud. Might be worth a message to ole' Panda. Surely there must be some connected reason it's all-of-a-sudden started up with your company?

I see from your previous replies that each different type of product has it's own shipping.
my order: orals, bpc, raws. 50+50+15=115.

any way to combine the shipping or am I sol?

Yes, the "rogue employee" was their last explanation. It sounds like the most likely scenario, which is why I'm concerned said individual(s) may be trying to pull the same scam with your customers. But, who really knows what happened? If anyone here might, it would be you.

I frankly find it a little odd that you dont seem very concerned about this and/or have posited no theories of your own besides saying "I'm looking at the website security". If this was my business I'd be laser-focused on putting out the fire and reassuring my customer base that I was pursuing every potential avenue.

Alas, as big a part of your "forum business" as Meso is, it's probably not a huge % of your gross, so it's prob not as urgent as we here would like to believe.

Whatever. I won't continue to bother you. Like I said, I was very happy with your service last year. If a satisfactory and plausible explanation is provided as to how and why the scammer got access to your customers' info, and enough time passes without anyone being compromised again, I'll come back as a customer. Otherwise, I won't.

Unfortunately, yes. Our stealth doesn't mix for our raws and intl, so theres that separated. then the things like gh/peptides come from a totally different city.

I can't simply theorize and drive panic within myself and people here just because of my uneducated theories of why this is happening. I am somewhat savvy in web stuff, but no where near to give coherent answers or question my website's security.

This is my first experience with DO.
I will say this, all communication up until now has been prompt and apparently honest. I don't think waiting a day or two for a response that is honest is a big deal.
I also understand that he isn't exactly piloting the boat/airplane so times can vary.

Finally if this was a situation of DO screwing people I wouldn't be receiving communication and they wouldn't be answering on the forum. He knows there are issues, he's working on them. It's really not a good thing for any person to air the laundry of reasons for a problem, it's best to just solve it, which he is working on.

It seems highly unlikely to me that this current scamming operation is some random hacker who got access to Panda's website and then yours. What seems far more likely is that a "rogue" employee of yours or Panda has decided to try and make himself some extra bucks.

Given the fact that your company works directly with Panda's and very often the products you sell come from his stockpile/warehouse, it stands to reason that the employees fulfilling these orders would require customer information such as quantities and shipping addresses. It follows that a less-than-airtight operation might also allow them to see customers' email addresses as well. Boom, there are all the ingredients you need for this scam.

I was not asking you to wildly speculate so much as I was trying to be gentle in bringing up your connection with Panda, as it's clearly something you don't want to talk about. What I was hoping for was for you to address the possibility of Panda's "rogue employee" gaining access to your customers and running the same scam. I was hoping you'd either disprove that possibility, or at least tell us you're seriously looking into it.

I Like Dragon. I have given him my money before, and want to do so again. He has been one of the most dedicated and helpful sources I've observed, but that doesn't mean a lot in this industry where sources shit the bed every month, even those who everyone thought was great. You need to be vigilant. Thats all I'm trying to be. Not trying to hurt anyone's feelings.

Thanks for the observant speculation. I'll take that into account - outside thoughts are useful, don't take this as a passive aggressive statement.

I am working on this diligently, and I do appreciate your input. The whole rogue employee thing, i was under the impression that was false, but I'll take a second look at that thread. Its just hard to understand what even happened to panda.

Lynk's is right. You should never trust anyone here to begin with, not just a source. Do your own research and all.
 
DO, the only acceptable way to resolve this issue is post a picture of this rogue employee's head, next to his/her body. Now make sure it is infront of product in your wearhouse (garage). Don't forget lab tests on the DNA.

This isn't passive aggressive, just sarcastic as can be, lol.
