Held off posting to give these guys a chance to sort it out but no replies from my emails in 2 weeks now. I understand the girl who runs the emails recently have COVID and they are probably quite back logged but if you can't fulfill orders don't let your customer service slip too.

Emailed these guys a month ago asking they were definitely in stock for novorapid which I was assured they were, placed an order 3 weeks ago and after a week sent an email as it was still in the "preparing package" state (I assumed it was just normal for December though) 2 weeks of no change and I sent another email asked for them to confirm what was going on.

Finally received a reply about Turkish pharma recently doing some price changes but it's been sorted out now...okay disappointing but still great that it's been sorted out. Now a further week later and it's STILL in the preparing package state. That's almost 3.5 weeks now.

I've had the exact same issue in the past where they take people's money when they don't have the product in stock and it was over 2.5 Months before I received my product (actual time in transit was 2 weeks)

I wanted to be 100% sure of if they were in stock this time because it's hard to manage your insulin stock if you are having to wait months for something that should arrive 2-3 weeks from the purchase state. Quite disappointed I was lied to this time around and now trying to get an update on WHERE my package actual is, if it's even been sent yet etc and it seems I'm being ghosted

Hey DO. Going on over 3 weeks with no tracking, being sent to a parcel locker so really need to know when it arrives or it will end up being returned to owner.

Not sure if the same person controls the email and forum account but I received an email from Jade saying I'd receive tracking on Monday, after being told I'd get it the week before...so yeah it's now Wednesday here and would like to know what's happening if possible. Thanks q

Yeah I guess that's the trade off of being the cheapest on the market. Poor service and long delivery times

I’m also having an issue with them. I can’t get a reply to my emails but they can still sign into meso. This will be my last time doing business with dragon ordinance/dash. For the price of their raws I should be able to get a fucking email back within a week. I’ll go with QSC from now on, cheaper and they can answer emails. Tired of being played.

Everyone loses their minds in December. Plain and simple - raws (any orders for that matter) orders in december/late nov are subject to heavy delays, its just how its always been, no matter what the raw vendor in China. You can DM me here your order # and if the issue is the tracking isn't updating, the answer is usually always the same.

It’s not the time my raws take. I had an issue with my order which I emailed you twice within 9 days and no reply. But a raws vendor with probably 3x the business of your business has no issues replying to my email with 12hours. It’s your poor communication. Your higher prices do nothing to justify not getting a reply after repeated emails. Eventually customers get tired of being put on the back burner and go to someone else.

Yeah that's great that something is happening now but 3 weeks after order is far too long

It's fine if my order takes awhile to be delivered but at least keep me updated that there will be a delay. Who in the hell is too sick to send an email to anyone for 2 weeks?

That being said, I've used DO for years. His product has always been quality. Slow response times aren't appreciated nonetheless.

That doesnt seem right. If you are in doubt of the quality, send it to janoshik and i believe DO will cover the cost. If theres anything wrong with it, we surely would want to know as well and it would benefit us all.

Send it to Janoshik and we'd cover the cost. The raws I believe were tested in November.

I appreciate your patronage. We've been in this game for 5+ years now and hiccups tend to happen. An unlucky combination of world events plus the covid strikes back did us in.
I believe we've fully catched up now.

This is a one man show. You're comparing me with a company that employs over a dozen people. I definitely understand your frustration, but hiccups do happen. The product we sell, and have always sold, has never proven to not be solid, compared to some other vendors.
If that however justifies your move, by all means man, no hard feelings

09/24 I Ordered 20 g test c, 10 g test p, 7 g bold C, 7 g primo, 5 g var, 1 g tbol, 1 g adex, 3 g clomid, 3 g tomox and everything showed packed nicely and discreet. I weight eveverything upon arrival and it all check out. Primo was 6.8g, but I'll give benefit of the doubt. Everything showed in <3weeks. Brewed my mix (added npp too) over xmas break after doing chemical analysis, pinned starting 26th, Shits legit. Haven't have a bad experience yet through DO. Cheers bud

Has anyone else gotten big red welts from their Test E? It was fine when I was mixing it with another sources gear but as soon as I started running the stuff solo the injection site swelled so bad I almost went to the hospital. Almost like the BA was way too high or something went wrong brewing it.

Both the email lady and DO has been sick, shipping worldwide has been a mess due to christmas and such, and emails have been stacking up as people resend emails after not getting a reply for 6 hours. Its being worked through as we speak, thats what ive heard.

Been a little while since I've made an order or lurked around on here. My experience in the past have been positive. Couple questions. 1. does DO still take coin base payments? 2. Has every one been pretty happy with their raws as of late? 3. is the Chinese new year coming up? 4. Wtf is up with the new sketchy drugs they offer? Seems like a quick way to ruin a good thing.
