depends on where you are and how much is inside...
But basically it will cause problems if your package is intercepted with the address and name.

No,never used fake name and never had Problems.If parcel gets stuck in customs,which is very unlikely inside europe,just deny that its yours and they wont do jackshit and bother to Look deeper into it unless you ordered hundreds of vials which could be interpreted as intend to sell.
