How long it will take for delivery to France ?
I checked this with my colleague. We ship orders from different warehouses using various shipping methods. Unfortunately, it is not possible to predict in advance which warehouse or shipping service will be used for your specific order, so I can only provide average delivery times.

In the vast majority of cases, delivery to France takes around 5 days from the date of shipment. Most likely, your order will arrive within this timeframe. Among all available methods, there are two slower options, with average delivery times of approximately 7 and 10 days respectively.

Btw. shipping was super fast this time, ordered Tuesday, expected delivery today. 4 days. I was prepared for 2-3 weeks due to promotion.

Today, I was supposed to receive a parcel, but it was never delivered, yet the status was changed to delivered. My neighbours didn't receive anything either!
What should I do in such cases? How can I prove that I didn't receive anything?

Take your mobile phone,and call Post ,and ask who delivered and where ,and say you did not recive. Easy
 
Have you changed the font for the batch number and expiry date?
Has the cap changed too?

If you have written to our customer support team on the website, they will find a solution for you. This happens sometimes; courier services make mistakes, especially in Germany. We usually resolve such cases together with our logistics partners.

My parcel was found after I reported it missing to Hermes. Today, the courier dropped it off at a neighbouring house.
