EC or Clen?

I have started 200mg/25mg Caffeine/ephedrine (x 3 times a day) regime (BF-38%) in addition to my cardio because I found that I have a subclinical hypothyroidism, which I have been prescribed 100mcg levothyroxine to treat. I plan to do EC for 1 months to see how it goes with 500 kcal deficit/day, but I have been floating the idea of clenbuterol a bit. Though, I think my BF is way too high to try steroids of any sorts.

The question is: is using clenbuterol while on levo a bad news? I have read a few accounts where using t3 and clen caused some serious side effects such as muscle loss, sever tachycardia, and stomach bleeding. No amount of weight loss is worth such serious injuries IMO.
 
at 38% bf you don't need clen or t3, but to have a better and adequate diet.

The best thing you can do is take some semaglutide and follow an appropriately designed diet.

Learn how, what and how much to eat…then the drugs will sit you down, but don't think they do the job for you.

Start eating less Kcals and lift and do cardio. STOP EATING Tabs like these !!
Most of the tabs are to help in prep for the last % to get in stage shape !

Agreed. Look OP….

The challenge here is for you to eat in a caloric deficit and stick to it. You need as little as 4 days a week and 1.5 hrs a day. (45 resist training and 45 min low/med intensity cardio. 130-150 HR)

That combined with 750 Kcal deficit will put you EXACTLY where you want to be. Not these pills. Truly. You will find their results _negligible_ in your situation.

Important: Do not be tempted to go much more in deficit. Extreme deficit puts your body in to starvation mode and is very counter productive.

Your Kcal have been too high for too long and you need to teach you body to effectively use calories again.

This will begin to lower insulin resistance and create a cascade of positive impacts to your system.

As a result. Once you have gotten sub 18% BF you will find increasing protein intake and Kcal by 250 Kcal increments will result in continued leaning out and more effective protein synthesis.

The ONLY substance I would recommend is Semaglutide if you lack impulse control still and will likely fall off a meal plan. (It isn’t a diet… it is a new way of _living_)

As with perhaps 20-30 people I have helped in your situation, if you do this for 1 year, you will see _tremendous_ results.

Obviously…. Don’t eat dirty and keep protein at roughly 40% carbs at 35% and fats at 25% or so.

sema works incredibly fast and mostly you dont need willpower. just try to get enought protein to not lost the muscle you currently have

Agree. Particularly with T3. You will catabolize muscle as well as fat and ultimately you will take longer to get fit because you have eroded lean muscle tissue.

In addition you will find it harder and harder to burn fat because of this. Lord help you if you ever fall off your meal plan. Talk about adding fire to your problem.
 
Yeah, T3 is quite catabolic and really tricky to handle.

I would left it to really advanced users only. Clen and even better albuterol is way more forgiving and anabolic per se, but you totally need to be in caloric deficit for it to work. If you are on surplus you only get the side effects
 
Not a fan of clen but it won’t work at your bf%. I saw someone put semiglutide and that works great. The eca stack won’t hurt either
