Down 65 pounds, decided it was time for a cheat meal.
From left to right:

THE NOTORIOUS B.E.C.
Bacon, egg, melted american, and mac and cheese wrapped and deep fried, served with fries

GOTHAM CITY
Chopped Cheese, Chopped Prime Burger, Chopped Fries, Chopped Onion Rings, Mozzarella Sticks, Brown Gravy, Mayo Drizzle, Garlic Hero

CHURRO PANCAKES
Cinnamon Brown Sugar Pancakes topped with Nutella Drizzle and more Cinnamon Brown Sugar

Be careful, even one cheat day can make you slip so bad you will bite your nails after binging for a week straight. Body is super smart. You can gain it back in record time. Just give up cheat days and just do a moderate calorie surplus day once or max twice per week. Leave meals like this for holidays only, when you can't evade it. It's best strategy long term to stay lean.

Yep. All these over the top “cheat meals” do is make you feel like shit

Finally someone doing a cheat meal right! I don’t care for the Rock but he has the cheat meal nailed too. I love food like this but don’t indulge too often since Tirzepatide takes the insane cravings away but I would pummel everything you posted.

I’ve been on two vacations and a week on call all within 3 weeks. My diet and gym are so backwards right now.

But, daddy’s coming back strong, don’t you worry.

I was not reffering to you, I'm pretty sure.

Anyway, I just wanted to say it's very easy to rebound and gain weight/fat back after a cut. It's a slippery slope. I'm just strict when it comes to my diet. That's all.

I had one almond danish from Costco bakery section today. The first time I’ve eaten packaged sweets in ages and felt like absolute shit.

Wise words.

Appreciate the concern, but got right back to the cut the next day and am down about another ten pounds since then.

After dieting and having a cheat meal like this, my wife can notice the change from across the dinner table. I'll start getting a pump and veins start popping everywhere sweating lol. The next day I may be a bit bloated but I'll have the workout of a lifetime.

Sounds like you're ripped and probably on a low carb diet. Carb-rich cheat meals (probably salty too) can do that.
