Essentials on cycle

not gonna lower it alot, just 5,000 iu in a.m. and 5,000 ius in the p.m.
after careful consideration and some solid research, i will "lower" my Vitamin d intake, however i will be discussing getting some kind of vitamin panel or maybe just the single vitamin d test through my pcp , on the coming Monday, my dr office is pretty good about response time so i'll know one way or the other,,,,,

Nah, just take it anyway... Anything I should beware of?
Not that I know of. But people always preach vitamin d supplementing so that's why I always supplemented with it. Till I did blood work and realized my vitamin d levels were higher than the scale. And I didn't actually need to supplement it. so to me, an overrated supplement. (Unless bloodwork shows you are in defeict)

Thank you for the amazing input

Start with Telmisartan 40mg, and see where your pressure is at 4 weeks.

If still above 129/79 at that point add Amlodipine 5mg and see where you're at at 4. weeks.

This is, barring any other complications, what would be used when following the most up to date clinical guidelines for BP control, with the least risk of sides.

If you need both to get BP into ideal range, combo pills of Telm/Amlodipine are dirt cheap from India pharma, like Telmaheal 40/5. Also available 80/5, 80/10, 40/10, although the preferred strategy is adding a third, even fourth compound (of different classes) all at minimum doses, vs increasing the dose of any single drug.

Keep in mind any BP med will cause short term fatigue until your body adapts to lower pressure, so just deal with it. Usually not longer than a week.
