imo reasonable usage of DNP is safer than what some people to with t3.
DNP is the only fat burner that doesnt put strain on your heart.
200mg a day, no ramping up or down, 2-3 weeks, training and cardio reduced to a minimum, kcal deficit and hydration (+electrolytes) and everyone should be fine while losing a good amount of bodyfat + at the same time increasing insulin sensitivity..
in my opinion, a great way to start your cutting phase due to the water retention..
