But could you imagine my frustration when first trying to figure out my dose initially. 50-135 days is quit the spread.

Test E,C,and Prop all have pretty "tight" accepted half life. Very little information available on Test U compared to othe trt protocols.

So if my test level is 774 after 28 days and half life is 50 to 135 days my level really shouldn't fluctuate much at all in reference to injection time.
Correct?

I love it, I’m one of those who needs to know the why also. I decided once a month injections would be best too after researching others protocols. After a few months your test levels should be stable if you pin around the same date, it’s a really long acting ester so if you forget and pin a week late or something you should be good.

For what it's worth, I've been using test u for trt for the last year.

I'm doing once a month injection 1000mg test u

After 4 months I pulled bloods 28 days after last injection and got a 774 test level.
I don't miss weekly injections when not on cycle.

Where can I find the correspoding Test U dosage/protocol? IE what Test U dosage/time per week is comparable to 75 mg Test E per week?

If you can check testosterone blood levels readily it shouldn't be problem.

I'd probably start at 500mg every month for 2-3 months do blood work and adjust accordingly. Run it a couple more months and check again. You'll have to be patient while waiting for levels to stabilize due to long ester.

~1100 ng/dL (e2 at ~40) with 75 mg's Test E and 25 mg Asin a week. I respond well but also aromatize heavily.

I found steroidcalc.com and saw that 250 mg Test U every 2 weeks give a similar peak release per day as my current dosage (12 mg), although the trough is 8 mg per day vs my current protocol (4 mg per day).

I'll have to play with this tool further to nail down a protocol. Good to hear it's working for you.

What is your AI protocol, if any?

What is your AI protocol, if any?

No AI for me at my TRT dose,(1000mg/month)
Even on cycle 500-750mg test per week I don't use an AI.
Sometimes if my cycle runs long, (Deca) I'll use nolvadex or Raloxifine if my nips aren't happy. Hahahaha
But I honestly try to limit any ancillary drugs unless absolutely necessary. Most times on cycle my e2 is 80-90, and no side affects.

I think your on the right track, just do blood work and I see no reason why you can't nail down your own test U protocol.
