Probably every 3rd day... im only running 300mg enth and 400 hex a week... trt (tren replacement therapy). I can tell if my e2 is high because my right tit holds water more than the left. Handy.
Thanks for the input (and the tit comparison). I'll probably just start out E3D also and assess by how my wife's tits are doing!

my urologist says adex is very different for each individual, my levels were 3 times what they should be i took 1mg per day for 14 days then 1 mg eod i have been on that dosage for over a year and my levels stay right in the mid range. so unless you really know your body bloods are best .
Co worker of mine is on trt and his doc put him on 1mg the day before and after his shot. So 4mg a week. I thought that was a bit much but I told him listen to the doc. Even though he doesn't seem that qualified.
Worst part is my coworker gets 30 1mg tabs for $6. Hahah lucky bastard.

I'm running 1mg EOD right now. No sides of high or low estrogen, but that's very subjective. Only way to tell for sure is bloods which I'll have soon and it's really the only way to tell for anyone. Everyone is different when it comes to dosage like Ironwill said, you'd have to play around with it and get bloodwork as well

Yes, definitely need to find what works best for you. I was being too conservative with the arimidex and I developed breathing issues. Wasn't sure it was the test or npp, but I lowered the dose on the test and eliminated the npp and was still having issues. Volt recommended that I increase my adex to 1mg EOD and the breathing problems went away. After a few days i reduced to .5 eod and reincorporated the npp 100mg EOD and 300 test e and haven't had any breathing issues so far. Should have done blood work when I starting having symptoms. Live and learn.

It was shortness of breath and at one point it developed into sleep apnea. My wife said I was gasping for air in my sleep and at times throughout the night I would wake up and would have to catch my breath. I immediate thought it was the NPP since I had only been on it for 3 weeks. Then after dropping the NPP, I was still having the issue. I started reading about sleep apnea being a side effect of TRT and supraphysiological levels of Test. Reduced the Test to 100mg EW and no libido and couldn't get it up. Reached out Volt and he simply asked, "You taking an AI?" I had been, but like I said pretty conservative with it because I was afraid of crashing my e2. Should have done blood work to establish a baseline while sticking to a regimented dose of adex and then followed with more blood work.
Still not entirely sure if the breathing issues are tied to e2 or not. A lot of variables, like the NPP I am taking now is from a different source, I had been sick, lowering doses, etc... Not very scientific in my opinion. I just know that within a few days of 0.5mg ED adex, things improved. Anyhow, thought it was worth sharing in case others experience similar symptoms. Thanks to @Voltrader for pointing out the equivalent of "Well, is it plugged in, Stupid?"

I've never had a problem with Adex, but Prami has made my stomach uneasy at times. Im sure many others have too.

Not to speak for Brutus but I get lethargic when I take it and since its short half life I can sleep and let it do its thing.

Worked out great! I had been taking .75mg ED of the RC junk back when I was having the problems. You called it right. Thanks again. Haven't seen you around lately... Glad to see you back.
Pharmacists adex is strong. My friend had an allergic reaction to it and didn't initially recognize it as such. Started out as just an itchy back about 4 hours after taking the adex and it lasted for about 8 to 10 hours. When he upped the dosage from .5 E3D to .5 EOD he broke out in hives and he has never had an allergic reaction to any other medication.
Luckily an Awesome Member here agreed to trade aromasin for the adex.

Yes I remember once I was in a pinch
and ran some RC adex and it was useless especially after having a scriptfor years. There are many out there that think they have been taking adex until they get pharm grade . I know many guys who don't tolerate adex very well. I know it makes me feel useless after an hour or so but I like how it works for me. What you saying MP there are some solid guys running around here that do help each other out.
