I've done tons and tons of research on dnp and decided that I will be going 14-20 days off 250mg crystalline dnp from a very reputable source . (Have all the support sups as well) Will only bump it up if sides on 250 are almost non existent after a full 7days.

Will start the run first week of JAN :

Pre "run" diet :
Low carb. 100-150(only around workouts )

Planned run during:
up carbs to 200-250 all from fruits and lower fats.

MY PLAN AFTER THE RUN IS TO IMMEDIATELY JUMP INTO A LONG LEAN BULK /RECOMP CYCLE


My question to you is HOW Did YOU diet after your dnp run to get the fat loss to STICK IN ORDER FOR YOU TO STAY LEANER ON YOUR BULK

Why is anyone who wants to discuss the use of DNP automatically assumed to be promoting it's use or claiming it's safe?

Nothing in the world of PED's is safe, the goal should be to minimize harm / risk though, which involves people discussing the drug or posting their experiences.

The quality of discussion with the exception of 1 or 2 threads on DNP seems to have regressed on this board compared to what was being posted / discussed several years ago, and that's a god damn shame imo.

I have zero interest in DNP but for fucks sake....

Yeah, it's almost like OP had questioned the scientific underpinnings of the theory behind man-made global warming. Sheesh...

Your question does not have a relevance to DNP...nothing specifically in DNP that makes you gain fat after coming off and into a bulk. All diets have a nasty risk of rebound, it's all in your head. What you need to do to keep the fat off is to change that behavior which put it on in the first place.
