Could be returned due to insufficient address/label damaged etc. I've seen this happen across all my businesses. I've even seen a courier knock on someones door for signature, said person pretended not to be there, and the package was sent back home.

FWIW most of the India Pharma I've ordered seems to be drop shipped from this place. Just contact them directly for a price list and cut out the middle man.
