Hi,

Yes, Alpha Pharma owner was caught however the production of Alpha Pharma steroids and ancillaries did not stop. Each ampoule has a 2 year expiry date from its manufacture date. The manufacture date on all of our products including Alpha Pharma brand should be between 06/19-present for products currently in our warehouse inventories.

We have purchased the Alpha Pharma brand HCG because our cargo shipment can not be sent to Singapore until the flight restrictions are lifted in India. Once they are we will have Fertigyn, Hucog, and Ovidac back in stock (as well as many other products) in our Singapore warehouse!

That will be Ovidac in US Domestic warehouse I believe! That is by Bayer & Zydus. We will however be sending Vitagon to US Domestic warehouse but this will probably not arrive for some time due to the current state of USA!

I want to clarify: does this mean no more hcg in domestic until India shipping restrictions are listed, or that you will have ovidac in US this week and be stocking alpha pharma after restrictions are lifted? Regarding Vitagon, we will temporarily stocking this product domestically as a replacement for Ovidac and Fertigyn, as we can not send more until the flight restrictions are lifted in India. That being said, we do have Ovidac that will be available domestically this week. The ETA is Wednesday however it is a small number of units and so this is why we mention Vitagon as a temporary replacement moving forwards.

I ordered on a Friday, emailed me and said shipping would resume Monday. Took about 8 days starting Monday and I had my letter. Everything was written perfect, no errors in grammar!

I ordered express international a few weeks after you. Kind of figured there would be delays and @ExpressPCT has been good communicating throughout. Have been waiting as well but not too worried about it.

What does your tracking say? Mine is “Origin post is preparing shipment” which apparently means it’s been dispatched overseas.

We noticed a little confusion with some customers so we just want to post this but if your tracking says "Despatched to overseas" then it has left Singapore as Singapore Post only begin updating once it has left Singapore. The next tracking update would be that it has actually been processed in USA and currently the time it is taking to be processed is around 5 weeks but it can take longer. USA customs are very busy and most are going to Chicago ISC rather than the usual NYC ISC, I believe they're redirecting most packages.

DHL tracking is not the most detailed and sadly they do not update when the packages leave Germany, only when they are in Germany. The next update would be when it is processed through US customs (Or the customs of your country), it has probably already left Germany!

If you email us your tracking we can look at orders from the same day through DHL to see how they are doing, this can help provide an early insight into if it is lost, seized or just slow!

It’s not as long as yours. But it’s taken my pack ~2 weeks to leave Singapore. But it’s still not in the states

For anyone still concerned I was in the same boat. My package looked like it wasn’t moving but just cleared customs. Took about ~2 weeks once dispatched from singpost.
If you’re checking tracking on the other site it’s not as detailed as checking it from singpost. My tracking didn't really update until it hit NY.
