So are these coming from international? Is there any problems with shipping right now?

For ExpressPEDs, they come from Poland. They are able to ship out but speeds will more than likely be slower than usual as there are less flights worldwide. It will probably still be quick to Europe but anything to USA will be slower due to the large number of Coronavirus cases.

Hello there!

- Normal International Warehouse (India) will not begin shipping until 15th April due to lockdown.
- Express International (Singapore) is shipping but it can take a long time to North America due to very few flights. We are using DHL eCommerce to try get around this as they have their own fleet but we cannot guarantee our usual averages.
- ExpressPEDs.ws is operating but similar to Express International there are delays worldwide (Europe might still be quick depending on country due to flight bans in place)

I ordered express international on March 16th and I'm still waiting. Tracking says it has not even left the post in Singapore yet. Just letting you guys know its looking like its gonna take a VERY long time even for express orders to get to the US

We noticed a little confusion with some customers so we just want to post this but if your tracking says "Despatched to overseas" then it has left Singapore as Singapore Post only begin updating once it has left Singapore. The next tracking update would be that it has actually been processed in USA and currently the time it is taking to be processed is around 3-4 weeks but it can take longer. USA customs are very busy and most are going to Chicago ISC rather than the usual NYC ISC, I believe they're redirecting most packages.

However, if your tracking has not updated at all and does not show in the carrier system then you are correct and that it has not yet left Singapore. Some packages are like this but these are the ones that were shipped around 25th when Singapore Post were disinfecting their facilities. On the 3rd April they publicly announced there was only one-two flight per week to JFK from Singapore and so it could take a while to reach there (This is the reason we are using DHL who go through Germany with their own fleet of planes).

Manpower has never been customs strong suit. i would wager this virus has made things even worse for them.

You are very right! Packages are slow to pass customs but most are all passing, they will find it a lot harder to check packages now.

Singapore is now on lockdown but we are still shipping!

I am in the same boat as others. I placed an order on March 14. Tracking number is still not in the system yet. Hopefully it will arrive sometime in may.

No worries though, I was able to find a domestic source for what I needed.

We personally ship with DHL eCommerce. However in general Express Carrier Services should not be affected too much as we restock our Singapore warehouse with UPS and DHL Express regularly and they are both still very fast even during the pandemic.

We also recently saw a comment by someone ordering from China to USA with DHL Express, they said it arrived in 4 days.

We do have DHL Express available to us but the costs of DHL Express change depending on the origin country, in India can be as high as 150 USD and in Singapore it is ~120 USD and both require a prescription (We can service prescriptions).

This is what I’m thinking has happened as well. Have a pack that was DHL Express sitting in Germany since last week with no movement. Nothing about customs etc but I’m leaning towards it was grabbed.
