I was told they are waiting on a resupply and to contact them on another date.

Seems some are getting snagged lately.

It is mainly dependent upon which customs port parcels enter through. Lately we have had a large influx of parcels go to a customs that has a much higher seizure rate than others.

Typically this is not a problem, but due to the pandemic parcels are being redirected to various customs ports.

I'm pretty sure ExpressPCT ALWAYS generates throw away return addresses.

Correct, our return labels will never be of an issue when shipping for the first time or when reshipping after a seizure.

How are Canadian packs landing? What is best courier to use? I hear Canada has some of the hardest customs to pass. I've never ordered international. Don't have too many drops to burn.

We are quite successful shipping to Canada, the customs is actually not too strict! We use DHL and have roughly a 95% success rate.

It varies depending on the delivery state. We have noticed parcels are starting to go to distribution centers all over the US country, even if it is nowhere near the delivery address. Average delivery time is probably increased to 5 business days!

I ordered from express international to Germany almost a month ago and it hasn't left Singapore yet according to the tracking.

I normally get to Midwest US in 11 days prior to April. April order took 28 days.

Ordered express international, shipped mid April, currently still making its way to USA.

Right now the average T/A is around 30 days to USA! It is mostly due to US customs as their processing time has increased drastically and even once processed it can take a week to leave customs.

We do not expect things to improve for some time due to the number of US Covid-19 cases. Postal services (not private carriers) use commercial flights and if no one is flying to US then there are less flights for cargo to travel on.
