What's the word on normal international shipping? Any updates on when the post offices will be opening again?

Unfortunately flight restrictions are still in place. We may have a solution soon via private courier but we are not certain. We will continue to keep everyone updated as the days go on!

My express international order shipped on 26th March arrived 9th of May, Once it got to UK heathrow it was in and out of customs and with me the next day.

Unfortunately my order from Normal India (shipped on 20th March) Looks like this is stuck due to the Lockdown.

Apart from delays which are expected all is good, Good packaging too. Finally started my accutane.

Also any idea when more Accutane specifically Isofair 10 will be in stock for express?

We expect a full restock of Singapore products to be available soon, as our cargo shipment has just arrived in Singapore yesterday. Unfortunately now we are just waiting for it to be sorted, which could take some time as everything is quite delayed.

Right now the average T/A is around 30 days to USA! It is mostly due to US customs as their processing time has increased drastically and even once processed it can take a week to leave customs.

Pack just arrived today everything came as expected.

We do not expect things to improve for some time due to the number of US Covid-19 cases. Postal services (not private carriers) use commercial flights and if no one is flying to US then there are less flights for cargo to travel on.

DHL was 26 days compared to usps 30 lol I think either way it’s just not a good time if your in a pinch

It has arrived in Singapore but we just need it to reach the warehouse, we hope by latest Monday but with the pandemic carriers are a little slow despite the size of Singapore!

@ExpressPCT how soon is the domestic hcg gonna be in stock again? I’ve lost track.

There will be a small restock by the 20th we believe, however our large restocks will not happen for a little while as we need the stock to first arrive to our Express International warehouse!
