Wish I could say the same. My order shipped on April 2nd and still says it is in Germany. 8 weeks. Friggin horrible.
That is indeed not very good! Was the last update on tracking 8 weeks ago?
Two sets of DHL orders were lost, those that last updated on April 11th and May 9th, however both were found on the 28-29th May and have began updating again after we put in a query with DHL. If it has taken 8 weeks it could be that your package was one of those!
I should also mention that you will never know when it leaves Germany as there is no update for that with DHL, it will only ever tell you next when it passes US customs and US customs can take 1 month to process packages at the moment.

While I do understand your frustration it is not our fault that the package is taking that long, we are not carrying your package and we did not expect DHL to lose packages and then find them again.
We lose all control of your package as soon as it leaves the warehouse. When a package is seized, we reship it and when a package is lost and confirmed lost by the carrier we also reship. As you have not provided any context on your tracking, I assume it is one of those lost that was then found. A reshipment would not speed that up.
Packages being lost and then found happens, it is unfortunate but not something that we choose.

How about this then... If a source can’t figure out how to get you your order, is it a good source? Would you use them?
We all get it, shit happens. But 3 months? @basco has a legitimate complaint and around here, we side with other MEMBERS.
If you want to defend a source, then you need to go back to whatever source board you came from because you’re not gonna fit in at all at MESO.
@basco email ExpressPCT with your tracking info and see if they can help you out better. If they’re no help you can come back and post all about the bad experience. ExpressPCT seems to be on top of stuff but we can burn this thread down if they aren’t. [emoji91][emoji91]

I ordered in the beginning of April. I could fly to Germany and find my own damn pack quicker than it’s been moving. Going on 9 weeks now. It was Express International which they’re closing so assuming they eventually reship, I might see my pack in July sometime. Trying to be patient.
