4 months sucks. I assume they are reshipping to you at least. If not then that’s a big problem.

I ordered in the beginning of April. I could fly to Germany and find my own damn pack quicker than it’s been moving. Going on 9 weeks now. It was Express International which they’re closing so assuming they eventually reship, I might see my pack in July sometime. Trying to be patient.

I get covid but these times are way too fucking long. Shouldn't be over 2 months. Lets remember Christopher Columbus made it across the ocean in a boat in 2 months and he didnt even know where the fuck he was going.

I ordered in the beginning of April. I could fly to Germany and find my own damn pack quicker than it’s been moving. Going on 9 weeks now. It was Express International which they’re closing so assuming they eventually reship, I might see my pack in July sometime. Trying to be patient.

We attempted to contact you on Wednesday to get further information on your order but you did not get back to us! Make sure to check your messages here on Meso (We don't know your email address) It is impossible for us to help you without actually being able to talk to you, we are looking to send a partial shipment from Turkey to customers using express carriers such as Fedex so that you have some products for your uses until the one stuck in NYC arrives at our own cost.

Our reshipment policy is listed on our website:
"If your order is stuck in customs/lost in transit and it has been more than 25 business days since the last update, we will also provide a reshipment."

It has now been 25 business days since the last update. When you order from our website you agree to our reshipment terms and you accept that we will only reship after 25 business days, we will never reship sooner unless there is a seizure letter.

We also attempted to contact @basco but we didn't get a reply from them too.

Your package is not actually in Germany, it is in NYC ISC. NYC ISC seems to have a large backlog but does not work on a first-in-first-out basis, this means recent packages going through NYC ISC will process quicker than those that are in a backlog (This is what DHL told us). The package is not lost, this backlog is slowly being worked through. If it were seized NYC ISC are very nice and actually tell you on tracking through the status "Held by customs".

A reshipment from Singapore would likely arrive the end of June/beginning of July. A Turkey reshipment is best so please do get back to us soon so that we can check if your order can be fulfilled at least partially from there! (The same applies to @basco )

We have never once not fulfilled our policies. We process hundreds of orders per week and as soon as our reshipment policy comes into place we always reship. We have went as far to even send free products to customers who were not satisfied with a particular brand. As soon as there is a problem with orders we are always there to help. Our customer support team is actually larger than the packing team just so that we can offer very quick and good customer support. You will never find a review that says we have scammed customers or that their order never arrived in the end.

I emailed you Wednesday. I wouldn’t reply to PMs with that kind of info here. The email I sent had the order number and everything you need. If you check the tracking there’s been no movement for at least 25 days now.

For a whole bunch of reasons I don’t want my username here connected to my email address and shipping info. I keep my username entirely separate to remain anonymous.

Unfortunately not, that is why we are offering reimbursement and credit for anyone that does decide to test them!

MyoGen are actually a registered pharmaceutical company in India that specialize in pharmaceutical products. We know the products will be the advertised dose but we would love if someone would test them! There are tests on AnabolicLabs but these tests are from 2018 batches and not their recent ones.

Actually really wishing I had used them instead of USPS for the products I sent to be tested. Instead of paying to have 9 products tested and an additional $75 on shipping and having my pack not update in 2 weeks, I could have stolen a few orange slices from the local youth soccer league and had my results a week ago!
