We attempted to contact you on Wednesday to get further information on your order but you did not get back to us! Make sure to check your messages here on Meso (We don't know your email address) It is impossible for us to help you without actually being able to talk to you, we are looking to send a partial shipment from Turkey to customers using express carriers such as Fedex so that you have some products for your uses until the one stuck in NYC arrives at our own cost.
Our reshipment policy is listed on our website:
"If your order is stuck in customs/lost in transit and it has been more than 25 business days since the last update, we will also provide a reshipment."
It has now been 25 business days since the last update. When you order from our website you agree to our reshipment terms and you accept that we will only reship after 25 business days, we will never reship sooner unless there is a seizure letter.

Your package is not actually in Germany, it is in NYC ISC. NYC ISC seems to have a large backlog but does not work on a first-in-first-out basis, this means recent packages going through NYC ISC will process quicker than those that are in a backlog (This is what DHL told us). The package is not lost, this backlog is slowly being worked through. If it were seized NYC ISC are very nice and actually tell you on tracking through the status "Held by customs".
A reshipment from Singapore would likely arrive the end of June/beginning of July. A Turkey reshipment is best so please do get back to us soon so that we can check if your order can be fulfilled at least partially from there! (The same applies to
