I don't think my country is that special, because i receive pack every week(EMS).The problem is because of DHL.

EMS just refers to express mail with the local postal service, it is not a specific carrier but actually similar to first class and second class post mail (RMS). Some countries may have flights to your country but EMS is not available from India to there.

It will only improve when your country opens air-bridge with other countries, currently right now they only have air-bridge with Singapore but that warehouse no longer exists. Some countries have very limited flights to your country but as I am sure you are aware India is not one of them, this could also be due to political instability between the two country as well.

We have a UK warehouse, if by 25th the tracking has not updated we can attempt to ship from UK the products. I am sure that will be better!

Even after I "recieved" my pack..
Turns out it was at another house.
The other house actually opened it...
Realized it was someones meds and delivered it to me themselves.

When DHL Global Mail enters your country it will be handed to your local postal service as this is considered German Post whereas DHL Express is a private carrier. Is DHL express a possibility? My experience with DHL express has been they are really fast, like the same time it takes for a domestic pack to arrive.

It's not available to us, to ship the products with DHL Express we would need to ask for a prescription as DHL will inspect the package. DHL Express also costs 150 USD from India as they do not have the best infrastructure.

Update.... Order from April 13 that one got to Germany and was one that DHL "lost", and yes I realize it made it past Germany and is probably in customs somewhere. They reshipped around June 23. That sat in India forever, and then last update was Chicago on July 12. No movement since. It just sits for 15 days.

This isn't a viable source if you never receive anything from them. I dunno, if you need something for NEXT year maybe place an order. But if you need it anytime in 2020 you should look elsewhere.

This is unacceptable to say the least. Hopefully you get a refund shortly. Out of curiosity did your tacking ever end up saying "expired". I have orders from another source that say this as of yesterday. December order finally shipped in early May...

That is just not something specific to us. Every postal service enters through a port, usually NYC ISC or Chicago ISC when entering USA. We could ship a package from UK and it may also enter Chicago ISC and sit there. This is a USA problem most of all and something that will only improve when the Covid-19 situation in USA improved.

During this pandemic, many packages have made it from India to USA but both countries are among the very worst hit by Covid-19 (USA being number 1, India number 3). This results in slow packages leaving India and slow packages entering USA, the optimal setting is when both countries have recovered but if even one country improves it will drastically improve.

E.g. Packages to UK - USA currently take 2-3 weeks as they leave UK next day (Due to the better Covid-19 situation there) but sit in customs for 2 weeks due to the bad Covid-19 situation in USA.

We also have express warehouses that do generally move quicker including UK, USA and EU, however only the EU warehouse will go to private Fedex customs. You could order from any international source on this forum that ships using a standard postal service and you will likely find the same problem.

You are more than welcome to a refund if your package is seized or stuck in Chicago. We have modified our standard reshipment policy to include refunds as a reshipment again may take a month or longer.

Edit: All packages that entered Chicago on the day your package did are stuck. This normally means that there was a backlog. Maybe try contacting USPS? They may be able to tell you if it is seized before you receive a letter.

While not for us, we can answer this! Carriers expire tracking so that the tracking can be reused for future packages. However, even when it expires it can still update (at least in the case of DHL Global Mail).

Many have but every country is different, I believe you are our only customer or one of two in your country that we are shipping to during this pandemic. There is just no average for us to base your package on but our offer to shipping from UK to your country is still open!

If I am correct that happens when the tracking has been active for 120 days with USPS, however it really should not take that long but as long as the tracking is not recycled by USPS it should still update. If it has been 120 days since shipping that package you may want to look into a refund!

I received 2 orders. ASENDIA from Singapore to Poland took 34 days. DHL to Poland from India took 19 days.

I get my patience for this by imagining the comedic passage of my pack thru the streets of Mumbai as it takes 4 days to zig zag arbitrarily back and forth round and round across the city to the airport. The air is heavy with exotic spices and open street sewers.

Once at the airport it’s sitting in a storage room next to crates of chickens. It gets shoved into the cargo hold of a plane, which of course has engine failure so they have to drag all the crap out and resume the process on another plane.

It finally arrives in the US. At this point it’s pretty well caked in a mixture of animal feces - primarily chicken shit - and stuck to another box. This is the “stealth” that allows it to get thru US customs and it goes undetected. However it’s initial destination is that of the primary pack that it is conjoined to.

Arriving at a nondescript house in Flagstaff Arizona, it’s looked upon with contempt by the slightly obese recently divorced woman that was eagerly awaiting her 10 pack of discount dildos that she ordered off of Alibaba. Eager to rip into her package of pleasure she claws my fetid pack and leaves it for the postal employee to dispatch and resume its journey.

And that’s how my experience with ExpressPCT is going so far. Well worth the $230 in bitcoin if you ask me. Plus, as I just realized scrolling back thru my photos to find the screenshot of what I ordered, there’s practically a lifetime of memories between this 100 degree end of July day and the cold and grey April morning that I placed the order!

I order my stuff from India and express international like on march/April and it got here on diff times may and early June it took a while but I was patience.i asked questions to @express pct throughout the months I wasn't receiving anything and they answered all of them.thanks.
