OUCH! Draw with 20g, inject with 23g or 25g - depending on muscle and oil. Yes, scar tissue is a bitch to fight through... massage the shit out of your spots, it helps. But after a few years, you will see, it will be ripping through and very hard to inject if you don't take care now. Use the smallest gauge you can.
I used a 2" the other day... For the laughs! It wasn't bad, to be fair.
