Fat loss advice

Hi all,

Looking for advice from anyone who’s lost a lot of body fat.

I’ve been lifting for ~10 years but was obese as a child/teen. Now in my mid-30s, I’ve never managed to get truly lean. I’ve been stuck in a cycle of cutting, bulking, cutting, bulking but neither really successfully achieving either.

For the past 18 months, I’ve focused solely on getting as lean as possible before considering a bulk. However, as I get leaner, I’m noticing a soft, flabby texture in areas like my lower glutes and upper thighs. It’s not hanging/thin skin, but it feels stretchy and saggy/soft.

For those who’ve been through something similar, does this eventually tighten up? Is it just a matter of just keep going, losing all the stubborn fat and seeing what im left with?

FYI I am enhanced, currently running test/mast/var/HGH and will be adding clen/t3 in shortly. Weight lifting 5 days, averaging 20k steps per day and 3 LISS gym cardio sessions per week.

Currently sitting at 92kg, height is 5’11. I’m down to 1700 cals per day with 1 refeeed every 10 days where I’ll push carbs up to 500ish gram and limit fats to 50g.

Appreciate any advice!

I was at 325 2.5 years ago and am at 220 now from Ozempic use and 5-6 days a week at the gym. I am an old dude now but my body is looking like a young man as I lift and do 2 miles a day on the treadmill after every workout. I am only on test because I had AFIB issues and am addressing that currently. No booze in 2 years and I drank enough to fill a small lake and did my share of drugs also but my body looks solid so it can be done. Hope that helps a little

I lost a ton of fat. Yes certain areas start to feel mushy as the fat amount changes. Some areas are going to firm up, it really depends on how fat you were. I was obese so I'm left with some forever saggy parts. Beats the hell out of being fat though.

If you're already enhanced there's no reason to not be on Tirzepatide, clenbuterol is trash especially if it's sourced from a UGL...

Unfortunately it seems to be luck of the draw man. Some people have sagginess even after losing weight, others don't. I don't think there's any way for anyone to predict. Worst case cosmetic surgery is pretty inexpensive compared to what people think.

You could add fasted cardio. How much HGH are you taking? Clen is a very good compound for cutting, but only when you are lean. The skin should tighten up a bit. But if it was major fat loss, you may need surgery. Also, Tirzepatide has a lot of benefits for fat loss and anabolism. I would definitely take it.

as a previously obese teen, calorie counting and baby meals don't do shit for me

carnivore + intermittent fasting is where my body decides to start burning shit properly

I'm missing how many protein per lbs you eat?
With this amount of gear and training you should see a nice progress and there is body recombining possible

I can just tell you what worked for me. I was doing the same as you and I would gain muscle and lose some fat but never enough fat to get to the bf I wanted. I would eat 1800 calories and burn about 3300 per day through working out and normal living activities. I tried doing lower calories and burning more but saw I would lose muscle.

What worked for me. I did a modified protein sparing fasted eating plan. I slowly lowered my calories from maintenance going down 500 calories per week until I was at 2000 calories. Then each week I would add more calorie burn either increasing my time working out or cardio that was easy to moderate like walking or biking. About 100 calories extra per week until I was at a 1500 calorie deficit. I then stayed there for 8 weeks. So about 4 weeks slowly going down, 8 weeks there, then 4 weeks slowly adding carbs and calories back in.

In the end based on DEXA scans pre post I lost 28 lbs of fat and kept my lbm the same. I a refeed once every 2 weeks and none when going down 4 weeks. My macros: 2000 calories, less than 60g fat, less than 50g carbs, and at least 1g protein per pound body weight. Workouts were more taxing without carbs or calories but I got used to it and still went 100%.

Gear: 250mg test, 25mg/day anavar for 6 weeks, 150mg primo for 8 weeks. Primo was finishing the bottle after my previous blast that carried into this but not sure at such low doses was helpful. So that’s definitely optional. Anavar works really well for me.

For your size and current amount of calories consumed, the long term play would be fixing your metabolic rate by minimizing slow digesting carbohydrates and instead opting for simple sugars to get things burning
