Fat to Fit Using AAS

Rock, im assuming you're overweight and want to prove to yourself that fat guys can use gear and have no problems. I have no idea but i just cited 2 examples of fat dudes that use gear: some power lifters and some NFLers. Ask more guys around here if they ever used while fat. Notits said he did and all went well. I do know for a fact that fat men have more estrogen circulating than lean men, so common sense would say you shouldn't touch aas until you are under at least 27%bf. Just my opinion.

Exactly. So rock check your attitude - i did contribute and so did white.

I just ran across an article of lee priest where he is fat and I mean damn near close to having a belly hang over his stomach line type of fat. He used to be like that on every off season but when he would get ready for a competition this guy would get shredded. In fact that's one of the reasons he became famous as a pro. So why is it so controversial for people to use aas with high bf %.. ? What mainly because fatter people have a higher susceptibility of aromatizing.. So why not take a higher dose of Aromasin or Arimidex ??

Seriously what's the real reason why higher bf % guys shouldn't use aas when a pro did it on reg with spectacular results and you can easily up the dose of anti-estrogen???

Put your ego to the side? Let's get real? For everyone's sake who is thinking about taking aas with a high bf%?

Let's cut the bullshit and be straight up?

Real talk!

You know I fucking hate you. Everyone on here can tell you have no clue by this amateur post. You're a troll, twink bitch. Anytime you post you will be flamed. Get the fuck off Meso, stop wasting everyone's time.

Aren't you the same dude that gets ass fucked by your girlfriend at swinget parties? Or is that another douchebag of the day ?

If you're high BF that means your diet and training are shit and you shouldn't be using.

I hate when people site the pros and think they are a good case to use for their confirmation bias. Casual users of AAS should have a very good handle on nutrition and training to warrant the high health risks using AAS so they aren't wasting their time, money and health. It's performance enhancement, not a fat loss pill.

Wow you guys misled me! I was fat, out of shape and lazy. You told me to get my diet in shape FIRST, get of my ass and lift second, and when I had that down do my cycle. To think I could've just juiced up and watched tv all this time.

Edit: still fat and out of shape. Just not lazy.

Because Lee Priest is a pro. He has more knowledge about nutrition and training and preparing for high level bodybuilding competitions in his pinky finger than you do in your brain. He purposely got that fat for the express purpose of gaining as much mass as humanly possible. And he started lean as hell not fat. He put on the weight as he hit the hormones hard. And he also was extremely strong and trained heavy as fuk.

In short he is a pro and he has the option to do whatever the hell it takes because bodybuilding is his livelihood but a person off the street who is FOUR HUNDRED POUNDS does not compare in any way shape or form to Lee Priest because he used to dirty bulk to 25% bf. end of story.

Honestly, I think AAS can help a fat person lose a bunch of weight.

Here's my reasoning-A fat person is carrying a shit ton of weight around 24/7. His legs, abs, arms-basically, every part of his body is "lifting" weights with every move, twitch, or step. AAS will cause the body to respond to the "exercise" of moving all the fat around on a daily basis by upping "homeostatic hypertrophy" and increasing muscle mass. With the increased muscle mass, the body will burn more fuel, and-if the person eats enough protein and doesn't over-eat crap-he will burn his fat with the new muscle mass-especially the mass in his legs.

Granted, if this person sits on his ass all day and doesn't even walk around much or get on the treadmill, this reasoning doesn't apply and is useless.

How safe is it for a fat person to use AAS-it's probably not the best idea in the world. I doubt its imminently dangerous, but it would be safer to not use ass and get in shape rather than to use AAS and get in shape.

If blood pressure and blood lipids are monitored and controlled with medications, it shouldn't be dangerous,

If I was overweight, I would juice hard and exercise hard, but thats just me. In this situation, I would never come on a board and tell people my idea, because they would just say I was stupid and I would have a lower self-esteem than I did to begin with.

PS-Sorry for feeding the trolls, sometimes I can;t help it.

AAS won't force adaptations when there is no stress, and you basically just described a sedentary person, there is no additional physical activity beyond basic human movement. There needs to be an imposed demand in order to create an adaptive response, walking around won't cut it.

With the increased muscle mass, the body will burn more fuel

This is the old bro science of 'if you build more muscle you will burn more calories'.

Research how many additional calories your body will ACTUALLY burn for every additional pound of muscle you add. You will be surprised.

If blood pressure and blood lipids are monitored and controlled with medications, it shouldn't be dangerous,

Taking more and more drugs just to handle the other drugs you're taking. Who wants to take statins and beta blockers all day just to run some steronz?

This is a big day.

Yeah, it's kind of push....

Based on some reading into people using steroid without exercising, steroid seem like they would add more muscle in response to the mechanical stresses of an ordinary life.

However, your next point makes my original opinion and point pointless.

After thinking about it. I guess AAS use could help you lift more weight, more times, and do more work, the muscles while growing in response to excercise would be capable of burning more fuel quicker, but doing the same amount of work as normal will just burn the extra fuel needed to heat up the muscles and nothing else. It won't help anyone lose weight if they aren't exercising and eating right.

Touche. Thanks for the information
