Fat to Fit Using AAS

@Rock119

Dude, everyone is saying you're not healthy to run a cycle, you weigh like 400 pounds bro. 280 is going to take you forever to achieve, plus if girlfriends make you gain weight youre going to be an emotional mess on the gear. Bro when a girl breaks up with me, I end up lifting more and at worst smoking cigs, never would i gain weight and eat my way out of it. Youre going to end up going on the juice, eating a shit load of pizza and shit and end up 400 pounds again.
This would be the best case scenario. The foundation physically and mentally is just not present in my opinion rock, no need to get butt hurt and angry with me either, people are trying to help you myself included.

if your fat with no experience in the gym and you don't have a good understanding of nutrition then chances are your going to do more harm then good. if you have the experience and knowledge then it can be done. is it healthy at 400 lbs plus? I'd say not unless aas drives you to immediate good nutrition and you stay in the gym. not many who are over 400 lbs will be able to do this. they got fat for a reason.
I started last year at 230 20% bf. now I'm 245 12% bf and still growing. diet is critical. but dropping from 20-12% bf while on aas took me 8 weeks. when not on aas in the past, losing that amount of fat took 6 mths (205 looked skinny as shit=-O).

Pointless to reply anymore as he's gonna cycle anyways, I'd put money on it. OP just please get bloodwork done to make sure your health is in check.

He's not even going to cycle, people like him wont do it, theres a reason hes 400 pounds, he doesnt lift, care about his weight or anything.

How can you say he doesn't care about his weight when he's on a training forum talking about how to go about losing it? Wtf.

IMO if youre too lazy to eat and train properly then you're too lazy to cycle safely. Seems pretty simple. I tend to agree when people advocate getting down to 15% or lower because once a someone that is 20-30% drops down that far they generally have shown some commitment and dedication. Does that make them ready to start a cycle, not necessarily but it still shows they are putting the effort forward.
Starting a diet and cycle all on the same day for a noob is just proof that they are doing it for all the wrong reasons. Just trying to cut corners.
All the extra sides can be managed by someone that knows what they are doing, but again, if you can't eat and train right then you're not going to take the proper steps to cycle correctly either.

He ignores everything that anyone says, additionally it doesn't take much common sense to realize going on a diet+working out everyday will get you fit. Furthermore, he should be on BB.com forum looking at fitness stuff, not a steroid forum where people with basic to advance knowledge on diet and fitness is a given.

I'm kind of talking out of my ass, there's just more quality workout oriented material over there.

Sorry my wording in the post was a little confusing.

No I got down to 215, then I did my first cycle in over 10yrs in 2015. Test and mast, then tren the last 10 weeks or so.

The difference is that you had prior experience and knew what you were getting into. Alot of guys see aas as a miracle for weight loss whilewe all know aas is one factor of many when it comes to training.

Regardless of bf%, one needs to be in good health before cycling.

How about taking aas and using a higher dose of anti estr to combat the aromatizing effect of juicing at a high BF %

I don't see why the would NOT make sense my Meso friends

Keep sucking cum faggot. It's a much more fitting option for yourself.
