Fav pre-workout Pump supplements / food

What are your go to pre-workout supplements and or food to get that insane pump in the gym ?
Caffeine ? Carbs ? l-citrulline ? Etc.
It would be great to hear everyone's preference
 
I’ve just recently added a Gatorade during workouts and it’s actually made a difference in mid workout feels. Might be a placebo but at least it’s a cheap one.
 
6mg cialis daily, 10iu Novolog w/ 100g carbs between the pre and intra shakes/meal and ghost legend preworkout for good measure simply because I want some caffeine and like the taste
