Female anavar only cycle

Thanks buddy! How long do you suggest running the anavar at 5mg a day before bumping it to 10mg if I don’t have any bad sides?

I feel you should know within 1-2 weeks easily.

But I’m believer in seeing how the water feels before I jump in.

The benefit of going slow for the first time is you will know for future usage on what your starting point should be.

This also allows time for your body to adjust to what’s going on versus tossing a large amount in immediately.

Entirely possible, but this is bikini, not physique. The tiny bit of water she might hold at 10-15mg of var shouldn’t matter if:
-she’s appropriately lean for bikini (no striations, no intense muscle separation, etc)
-she properly peaks (some water loss supplement, appropriate salt and water manipulation given her prep plan, etc)

Pulling it weeks in advance is definitely a no-go for me. Maybe a couple days, as you’re shedding water the last week anyways. But not weeks.

So I should run it all the way until a few days per show? That was my concern was I wouldn’t be able to cut enough or drop water or bloat if I ran it too close?
 
Depending on why your show is this may be moot, but 2100 cals doesn’t leave much room to pull from.

What’re your stats now? Running your own prep? When’s the show?

As far as var goes if this is your first run, I agree with 5mg to start. However, I’m not sure there’s any reason not to take it into the show. It will help with recomp, add a little tissue in the beginning, and pulling drugs that far out could be an issue since it’s an oral.

Your entire prep should be focused on leaning out though, and Anavar can help preserve tissue once your low on cals. Even in a non-prep environment my wife hardened up and lost fat.

Is you’re doing a 10 week prep id start var at 12-14 out, for 6 weeks. Take a 2-4 week break in the middle, and finish prep with another 4-6 weeks however the math works out. Starting at 5mg you’ve got 10-15 mg to ramp towards the show if you want to, but that’s your preference.
I decided I think to do a mid April show. I’m currently 5’6 138 lbs 31 years old. Hoping to be around 120 on stage.
Eating around 2100 cal a day.
I have a coach. Not brave enough to coach myself yet.
Did your wife show any issues when pulling var? Is that common? Do you think the var will allow me to properly cut, de-bloat and pull water (if needed) if I run it up to the show
 
Celery seed extract and dandelion are two very strong diuretics naturally... when combined.

And cheap too...
I think at the end of last prep I implemented dandelion root tea and probably have that and maybe even some in pill form laying around. Noted the celery too!
 
Took my before pics and submitted to my coach today... nothing quite like unflexed Unposed pics when your physique is in soft place to humble you out!!! But excited to watch my physique change as I lean out and add some muscle.

She had no issues but was also not in a show prep atmosphere. Any change to hormones can be troublesome, just the way it is. Partly why I suggested running it before prep to see how you react ahead of time. If its real var, you shouldn’t have much issue at all with water or adverse effects but everyone is different.

She’s off birth control for other reasons, and if you’re competing birth control can pose its own issues as well. Don’t expect a menstrual cycle on Var; you may, but a lot of women lose it until they come off.

I’m currently eating about 2100/2200 calories and somewhat aware of my macros. I’m only 138 lbs so I’m not at a bad starting number. I most likely won’t drop below 1500 cal my entire prep. I don’t currently do any cardio so I have plenty of space to add a deficit closer to the end of my prep. My coach will be assessing and making the macro changes as needed.
Does your wife run anavar only cycles? Does she ever add anything else to lean out? Also does she continue or use and birth control while cycling?
She normally will stack it with clen (most of the time) and work up to X dose and stay at that dose for 2 weeks and gradually work back down to her starting number. Sometimes yes she does just run anavar by itself. She is not on birth control. Nor do I think she has ever continued or used it during cycle but I will get back to you on that one.
 
If you have a coach don’t pay much mind to any advice here. You can’t afford two sources of information in prep. Stick to your coaches plan unless you see your health at risk.

Your coach won’t be utilized the way he/she should be if your making tweaks to his or her plan set forth for your prep based off of information you find here. I’m not saying don’t take notes. But I would stick to whatever plan you have developed with your coach and ride it out. Learn along the way. Learn from members here and next prep will be even better !
