Female DNP Log (3 Weeks)

Alright! Here we are.


This will be my log on a three week DNP cycle for a 20 something year old woman. Been lifting for five years now. I have a special event coming up in October and whilst my diet down utilising cardio and nutrition has been going well since Jan, a six week plateau has been ongoing so I’ll be doing a DNP trial.

I scoured forums for DNP cycle logs but only come across a few that the OP didn’t suddenly drop off and stop posting, so I’d like to provide another complete log for the girls out there!

Disclaimer: I’ve been working with a trainer, done extensive research and know exactly what the risks are with DNP usage. :)

Measurements

Height: 171cm
Weight: 69.4kg
Bicep: Pending (Cannot find the measuring tape! Haha)
Waist: Pending
Hips: Pending
Inner Thighs: Pending
Calves: Pending


Supplementation

Taurine (2g)
Multi-Vit
DNP (150mg to assess initially)
Vit E (1200IU)
Vit C (2000mg)
Magnesium (2mg)
Glutathione (200mg)
Omega 3 (1260mg)
Anavar (10mg)

Nutrition

35P/35C/30F
1400 Cal - Going to reverse this up as close to maintenance as I can.
Not sure if I will go into specifics here on what I eat.

Workouts

Liss Cardio (30 Minutes, 5 Days a week - Probably Swimming)
Weights (4 Day Split)

Started with 150mg today, not overly comfortable with the idea of taking it all at once regardless of the life. So I split this up into three lots as I have 50mg caps. No sides as of yet, of course!

Will update as much in detail as I can. Measurements will be updated asap. :)
 
Welcome! This is probably the first DNP log I see with someone with your stats. I'm surprised at the choice. Especially running it with var. Have you done aas before this? What are your expectations from this cycle? What's your body fat at currently?

BF currently at 24% according to my last DEXA 4 weeks ago.

Wanting to drop to 18 or 19% in the next 11 weeks. If I continue to cycle DNP after the initial 3 weeks, that is something I intend to find out. Not expecting immediate results but if I can cut down 11 weeks a little, thats a bonus.

Ran var late last year as a finisher on a six/six week cycle with fantastic results for five months. I am using it with DNP, simply because I want to hold onto my well earned muscle over the last two years in particular! Just to be on the safe side.

Day Two of 21.


Weight: 69.0kg (-0.4)
Yesterday Caloric Intake: 1,330 (116P, 82C, 61F) -
DNP Intake: 150mg

Workout:
40 Minutes Cardio

General:
Nothing major to report, as expected. I split the 150mg up into three doses, morning, lunch, 6pm. I luckily got 50mg caps so I will continue to split my doses.

Only initial sides that I can confirm is that I was hot when I woke up in the middle of the night and feel slightly spacey today. I had vivid dreams last night and kept waking up but I can’t confirm thats DNP related… it was only day one after all! Haha
Will report if it happens again tonight!

Call me crazy but it is winter here so when the heat of DNP kicks in, it’ll be welcome! This is my first winter, I am from the tropics where it is 30 degrees during ‘winter’, so I am struggling in 9 degree temps big time!!! :eek:
 
What made you choose DNP?
I'm just curious to know why you didn't consider clen, albuterol or any other "safer" fat burners.

Ok ok.. my timing was off. But it'll happen... no DNP log on meso is complete with out controversy and risk to benefit discussion. :)

terrible timing you little s#it disturber ;) ... lol... although I thought you were right... then doc continued your countdown and jinxed it? maybe?

DNP does scare me for sure though... one of the very few compounds I haven't done. I always find it very interesting reading people's views on it.

I am someone that prefers being in a cool temperature. If I have to sleep in a house with no AC, I'm one unhappy camper. If I wasn't that way, I would consider it actually.. mostly because I am the kind of person that does the opposite of what I should do... and no question it's effective.

However, in reality, I am the type of person that can't withstand much heat so if I did take some DNP... I would most likely go on a killing spree just to take my mind off of overheated feeling! Also, yellow... well.. yellow everything is not a good time in my book. I have serious doubts that it is actually capable of sparing muscle in any way, as that is an argument I see often as well.

Oh and the possibility of dying a miserable death. Shit is just too dangerous and nasty from everything I have read about it for me to have any interest whatsoever...

I can't tolerate the heat either. Middle of the winter in the northeast with blizzard like conditions and I can still be sweating. I loathe the heat almost as much as I do ch**se. Having said that, I was very fortunate when I ran DNP in that it barely raised my temps or made me sweat. I sweat more on tren then I did on DNP. My experience doesn't mirror that of many others though lol

Ha, yeah I remember you saying that. Which seems odd but goes along the with the fact we are all different and react differently to these things.
 
LOL... I am curious about this hatred for CHEE.......I mean Ch**se... "butterfly took DNP and stacked tren with halo"? that's one aggressive Ch**se hating gentle creature ;)

It's pretty simple really. Ch**se is the root of all evil in this world. I'd rather do shots of bleach than eat ch**se. I'd rather castrate myself with a rusty can opener than eat ch**se :)

And yes, halo is a wonderful compound.

Hi Devika, i've answered that in my first post, re: why. :) I've tried clen about three years ago and personally didn't work for me. The sides even on 20mcg were too much. Nausea etc. Plus I sign a lot of paperwork everyday so the shaking of the hands wasn't co-operating. :confused:
