Female need help on 1st EPI cycle

Hi there! I'm planning to have my first EPI cycle in late May. (Actually I've planned to have Winny before.. Well maybe next time as I'm ready for the EPI cycle now:P )
So let me give you some brief introduction of myself:

I'm FEMALE at the age of 26, 5"5, 128lbs. Have been training seriously for 3.5 years. Diet is fine and I usually train 4 times a week (I've got a 24 hour duty for 2-3 times a week that I cannot go to the gym) (recent pix attached)

EPI 10/20/20/30/30/30 (Pro-EPI from Dragon Nutrition)

During cycle: Fish oil, Glucosamine, Milk thistle (week 1-2) /Tudca(week 4-6) as amount of either one of them are not enough supporting the whole cycle:(

Week1
EPI(5mg)/Fish oil/Glucosamine at 0630
Milk Thistle at 1030
EPI(5mg)/Fish oil/Glucosamine at 1300
Glucosamine/Milk thistle at 1800

Week 2-3:
EPI(10mg)/Fish oil/Glucosamine at 0630
Milk Thistle or Tudca at 1030
EPI(10mg)/Fish oil/Glucosamine at 1300
Glucosamine/Milk thistle or Tudca at 1800

Week4-6
EPI(10mg)/Fish oil/Glucosamine at 0630
Tudca at 1030
EPI(10mg)/Fish oil/Glucosamine at 1300
EPI(10mg) /Glucosamine at 1800
Tudca at 2200

I know many of you may say its not good to up dosage to 30mg for a female but I just wanna give it a try and will keep it at 20mg if I cannot handle it (hopefully not). I would also like to know if it really matters of I'm mixing Tudca and milk thistle within cycle?

any experience from girls please?

Hi there and welcome! I don't have any experience when it comes to pro-hormones, as a matter of fact, I'm in the middle of my first AAS cycle (Anavar). However, I would err on the side of caution, especially since this is your first time using this compound. Better to stay at a lower dose and see how your body reacts to that. Unfortunately, once virilization happens, there's no going back.

You will have plenty of cycles ahead of you where you can play around with the dose and up it some more to find your sweet spot. Better safe than sorry. I had just asked a similar question in my log yesterday. I was tempted to up my dose but a couple of knowledgeable members advised me to stay where I'm at. So that's what I plan on doing. Easy does it. And nice physique!

My wife used the exact compound. Same brand everything.. That's the welsh stuff, black label.. She ran 10mg straight for 5 weeks and made good gains ... Hardened up and put on 9-10 pounds and kept it all

What type of sides did she have, if any?
 
She had painful calf and back pumps.. Bit of sweating and aggression went up but she loved it.. Rates it her favourite oral gear
 
Nah no hair loss at all.. Just painful pumps really.. Shit made her strong as fuck too

Nice. I may have to read some more about this compound. I'm on Var for the first time and love it so far but might be open to playing with other similar options.

What did your wife like better about this compound vs. Var, if ya don't mind me asking?
 
She said muscle hardness was better.. Strength was better.. Was waaaay easier to get (and know its legit unlike a majority of var).. And the price is ridiculously cheap.. U can get 100 10mg caps from England so cheap and that's at least a couple decent cycles for a woman.. In fact she's gonna use it again soon with some npp

Got it. Then maybe I'm going to keep it at lose dosage like 10-20 mg for 3-4 weeks and see how my body reacts.

Mind sharing a bit more on on cycle supplement that she took? As it my first go with PH, I'm really conscious about those cycle support :/
 
All she really took was a multi vitamin.. Upped her water intake for liver protection and the usual protein and creatine.. She had post bloods and they came back pretty good
 
And like I said its not a prohormone . prohormones convert over in the body.. This is fully active in the cap..
