Beginning my journey to fertility

A Little background on me
im newly 26 years old
2.5 years b&c
Test
Tren
Eq
Anadrol
Dbol
Primo
Mast
I've used all of the above in varying doses tren never more than 300mg a week

last Wednesday 11/10/23 I took my last shot of testosterone due to the creeping realisation that I do infact want to father a child as soon as possible with my gf and after weekly creampies of 6 months and no luck it's possible I am low count
2 days ago 16/10/23 I started hcg for the first time at 1000iu m/w/f and have enclom on its way and will begin that at 25mg ED for the foreseeable future I will be getting bloods and semen analysis done at 3 months from now.

Please feel free to tag along in my progress and chime in with your personal experiences.
And point out my mistakes and shortcomings

So, you are coming completely off testosterone? My wife is 6 weeks pregnant right now. I started using HCG from the very beginning of going on TRT to preserve fertility and I don't regret it a bit. It was worth every penny. It has kept me fertile the entire time.

I wish you the best, brother! HCG is good stuff. I would consider adding in some provision to lower SHBG and raise your free test so you don't feel quite as bad coming off. It will help probably help with libido issues as well. Just to get this straight...you will be using enclomiphine and not climid, correct?

That's correct enclomephine going to be more easily sourced for Me

Hopefully that will bring your test levels back up without raising your estrogen as bad. If the protocol you’re doing now doesn’t have you fertile within 6 months, adding HMG does the trick for a lot of people. It’s just so damn expensive.

Time is the biggest factor.
Blast and cruise for 7 years myself, started the fertility journey in March. Started with basically no swimmers. I did the at home semen analysis (YO test from Amazon, definitely get one ) and the video was basically dead. By June I was low normal range, and just did another one and was dead center of average count and motility. Hoping in another 2-3 months I'll be high normal and the wife will be knocked up, or sooner.

I used hcg from pharmacy and clomid from black market , just got enclo from compounding pharm to see if I can tell any difference.

Soon as the wife's belly gets swole I'm going right back on testosterone. I'll prob keep hcg to run with it going forward.

This long post to basically say, if I can get my shit back working , I think anyone can. As long as you were healthy and mature sexually when u started gear, the odds are highly in your favor.

Definitely keep running the HCG when you go back on test, man. You just never know when you might want another. People, situations, and minds change over time. HCG is a good investment.

Yea, I'm sure this would have been a lot faster process if I would have at least used it some during the 7 years using steroids.
I never did huge cycles anyways. I'll likely ever only use test again in the future , so the hcg just makes sense.

Absolutely. Hindsight is always 20/20. The best we can do is try to urge anyone that uses AASs to use HCG even if they think they don’t want kids in that moment. It’s too cheap these days not to run it alongside TRT. It may be different if they are older or already have several children, but if they are young and childless it doesn’t make sense not to run it.

My partner is 28 weeks pregnant now after trying for 2 years. Went on gear in the first place because my body stopped producing test.

Went on hcg + hmg + clomid before without a real plan, and that didn't work.

End of 2022, tried the Palumbo protocol + 100mg proviron ED, + DHA, soy lecithin, pygeum, zinc, vit E and vit C. A few weeks in, got Covid lockdowns (China). Lockdowns + Clomid + tons of HCG + non-recovering test, were mental hell, and I decided to go on the lowest dose of test possible to still want to get out of bed in the morning and get some work done. Libido wasn't great, and together with the pressure of having to perform every time, feeling like a failure, took the fun out of a relationship, with easy fights and wanting more personal space. After 3 months or so, felt the baby wasn't worth losing her over, and we decided to take it easy. The relationship recovered its peaceful status and in the next 2 months, she got a positive on a pregnancy test.

Congratulations brother it may be that you just needed a longer time. Curious what your bloods looked like lh/fsh low range or high with low testosterone? If like you said you went in gear in the first place BC you weren't producing test maybe the issue was underlying and not totally caused by AAS although probably made worse with they're use. How long was you off for before conception?

This is very encouraging thank you for sharing
I'm an overthinker with tunnel vision/hyperfocus so I when there's something to worry about it's incredibly intense. Reading your reply gave me some relief.

Good luck bro!

Like everyone said it takes time to get back to a normal sperm count. I was delusional reading comments where in 3 months after stopping test they were already at normal range. Might work if someone was just begining trt for a few months but usually it takes a lot longer if you have been Blast & cruising for a long time (9 years for me)

I stopped in march and it took until august to get a normal SA back and that's with blasting HCG high dose, HMG + Clomid at high dose.

If you are able to get SA in labs easily and money isn't an issue I would probably do 1 every 2-3 months to monitor the progress.

My girlfriend still isn't pregnant but my SA is normal now so it's either badluck or she might have something on her end.

If you have any questions feel free to pm me.

Wish you the best

Thanks. It's hard to tell. I didn't get bloods at the time. Covid times in China were insane. Been locked up in my apartment a few too many times, and hospital visits weren't allowed unless absolutely necessary. Even when things seemed fine, it was a 0-case policy, and just walking past the wrong area could get you flagged. Did some at-home tests, strips + that seeing thing, but both times got a negative result

Been off 5 weeks. Just managed to push through that low T depression for 2.5 weeks. Some will probably need some TRT to get things working properly. There's a guy on TrainedByJP trying a whole load of things for a long time, logging everything but only getting the result when adding test back in

Baby 1 was luck. When going for baby 2, I'll get everything tested. I think I will keep a low dose of T in, get rid of all stressful things including to-the-max training, possibly add in something like PT-141 to be more "naturally" driven rather than having to perform, and focus on getting LH/FSH up (Proviron/HMG). HCG and Clomid seem to have a mental effect on me, so I think I would prefer to keep those doses lower than I did before.

Good luck bro!

Thanks bro and I'm following your progress too very encouraging may I ask what your lh/fsh bounced back to as of most recently? Providing my fsh doesn't skyrocket and steadily bounces back I'll be happy knowing that I'm not primary hypo and done some sort of physical damage

I’ve not been able to get another prescription for blood sample so I can’t tell you. Hopefully with the appointment next week I will have one.

I’m sure you’ll be fine since you’re still young

Oh right your Canadian? I hear it's bad there for anything TRT related

I'm the same way. So many people made their minds up I'd never come off gear and I stopped that shit cold turkey and decided I'd make it happen no matter what. Coming here and seeing posts from guys who recovered, and even reading the studies where the vast majority of people recover helped me a lot. It just takes time bro, keep at it and you'll meet your goals.
