First Cycle! Help!!

About to start my first cycle just wanted some input on how it looks.
Wks 1-10: 500 mg Test E (250mg Mon & 250mg Thur)
Wks 1-10 or 12?: 500 ius HCG (250iu Mon & 250iu Thu) Want to see if HCG needs to run up to PCT or stop with last shot of Test.
AI: I have aromasin 12.5 mg tabs on hand, wanted to wait to see if i get bloating or gyno to start. Dont want to take from beginning to not crash E levels
PCT:
Wks 13 and 14: 100 clomid dialy 40 nolva daily
Wks 15 and 16: 50 clomid daily 20 nolva daily
Also my vision isnt that good and dont want to further damage with clomid.

My stats:
Ht: 5'9"
Wt: 173
BF: not sure (dieting now)
Goal: lose more body fat and add size
Diet: protien, higher in fat, low carb
Training:
Mon: weights (chest, arms)
Tues: mma (bjj, kick boxing)
Wed: mma (wrestling, boxing)
Thurs: weights (shoulders, back)
Friday: Off
Sat: mma (sparring)AM weight (legs) PM
Sun: weights (all around)
 
Can you be more specific on your diet? How many calories are you eating today? How many do you plan to eat on cycle? Can you be more specific on your workout, such as exercises, reps x sets, and progression scheme? Surely you can estimate bodyfat based on pictures on the internet and comparing them to you. Bodyfat can play a part in how you aromatize T into E. You'll have to keep your E2 in check, I would not recommend waiting for gyno symptoms to start your AI. Typically it is easier to either bulk or cut, so I'd probably just pick one or the other. You might be disappointed if you try to recomp on your first cycle.
 
I like it. If you want to add lbm on your cycle, don't diet. One at a time, either cut or bulk. Good first cycle.
