Starting 10 week cycle of 500mg test e on the 14th! Been planning this for months. Getting blood done tomorrow.
Goals: Leangains - hopefully a drop in bodyfat.
Will be consuming between 4000 and 4500 kcals through clean food. Atleast 300g protein. (Currently maintaining bodyweight at around 3800kcals)
Training split will be a 3 days on 1 day off.
1) Legs - 2)cheast/back - 3)shoulders/arms/cardio
I have trained under out countries best BB coach, and plan on implementing alot of his training style (very similar to Y3T)
Around 25-30 total sets per workout. Cardio will be 10 minutes of HIIT on the bike, i usually get a insane legpump from this, and since i really want to bring up my legs, i like that i will be stimulating them 4 times a week. Will also be spending lots of time foamrolling to keep recovery as optimal as possible. I know this is ALOT of workload - and i will adjust if i feel like i am overdoing it. I would also like to do a 20min run once a week aswell.
Would love to hear what you guys think!? Am i overestimating the recovery rate i will get from the testE?
Also, everything is all set up and ready - however, cant get my hands on Bac. water for my hcg, so will be using the 1ml i get in the package with 5000iu. I have done the math its obviously a TINY TINY amount of hcg i will have to draw out per shot. Does anyone have any experience with these small injection amounts? Will be taking 250iu twice per week BTW.
