Also, just rested most of the day. Did about twenty minutes of stretches and mobility work this morning. Then I picked up a few blocks of chalk and struck out looking for ammonia caps. May have to order some online and get two day shipping to have them for the meet. I did pick up a hot/cold pack to use this week to boost recovery. Tomorrow will be a light/practice day. Body is feeling pretty good at the moment, no lingering aches or anything.

I know at my meet and probably many other Feds as well, they sell ammonia at the meet. Worst case scenario or just ask another lifter if you can throw him a few bucks to share nose tork bottles lol.
 
Immediately after weighing in, go pig out on some salt and vinegar potato chips, beef jerky, and water. As soon as you can after that eat several huge meals. Load up ok carbs above protein and keep fats as minimal as possible so you fill up slower. Carbs are your most important macro right now. You cannot get enough of them.

Most important thing I can tell you is stay calm. Don't wear yourself out by getting overly emotional before it's time to lift. You're gonna do fine so keep that in mind and plan for success.

Immediately after weighing in, go pig out on some salt and vinegar potato chips, beef jerky, and water. As soon as you can after that eat several huge meals. Load up ok carbs above protein and keep fats as minimal as possible so you fill up slower. Carbs are your most important macro right now. You cannot get enough of them.

Thanks, everyone! Just got up to my hotel after smashing some French toast with granola and fruit. Resting until weigh in here in a couple hours. After that a big dinner and then more resting with maybe some light stretchIng. Gonna hit the hotel breakfast in the morning and already hit up a grocery store for snacks for tomorrow.

I'm feeling better than I did earlier and yesterday, but still a little rough. I don't feel like it'll affect strength though. BP has been a little elevated the last couple days, nothing much to be done about it except get through tomorrow. I'm hoping getting off the dbol after tomorrow will start bringing it back down.

Also, @Docd187123 I actually still have three caps, I'm just the type to have extra just in case. I should be good. Do you think melatonin is okay tonIght to help with going to sleep early?

Yea sure just take it early so you're no groggy or anything I'm the morning. Stuff doesn't work for me but some tell me it makes them groggy b

I'm worried about my blood pressure spiking after my morning dbol dose tomorrow. It seems to have gotten much worse lately. I almost want to skip it, but I worry it'll affect my lifts. Tomorrow is my last day anyway though. I felt really bad for a few hours after taking it earlier, bp was very high, short of breath, etc. I've got an intense headache now, but I'm feeling better. Still my pulse gets going from almost any moving at all. Do you think I should just skip it or split the dose somehow or just push on through?

If you think you can lift if you take it I say go for it. The BP spike is temporary and tomorrow is your last day anyway.

Yeah, I could still lift, I'll just feel like hell. I'm hoping I don't get this intense headache though. What do you think of splitting the dose to minimize the sides?

You have any bp meds on hand? Lisinipril knocks mine down to 110/67 on cycle. Before i took it my bp would be like 144/94. Use to scare the shit outta me.

I have losartan, but it's at home. From what I read it takes two weeks to kick in, so I didn't bring it. My girl swears I shouldn't feel anything with 140 numbers, but I get short of breath and my heart is pounding when I get that high.
 
I think what I'll do is split the 25mg capsule into three. I can count on one hand how many gym days I missed last year and the way I felt earlier I would have missed for sure. I can't be feelIng like that tomorrow, hopefully spacing it out will cut down on the sides.
 
I didn't sleep great last night, but I got some sleep. I feel refreshed and my headache is completely gone. I'm about to eat a big breakfast and take a hot shower, do some stretches and head out. I've got pop tarts, protein bars, beef jerky, various drinks and other foods ready. I'm going to split my dbol into three doses and hopefully that'll minimize the bp sides and I can actually feel good while I lift today. Thanks again for following along, I'll report back later.
