First cycle log and meet prep

Weight today was 235lbs

Five minute cardio warm-up
Did a variety of lower body and shoulder stretches and a few very light sets of hamstring curls.
Press 135 3x8
Chin ups 3x15 (last couple reps of the third set were a little ugly, but I'm happy with 2x15 clean ones)
Hammer curls 30's 3x10
Fifteen minutes of cardio

Also, just rested most of the day. Did about twenty minutes of stretches and mobility work this morning. Then I picked up a few blocks of chalk and struck out looking for ammonia caps. May have to order some online and get two day shipping to have them for the meet. I did pick up a hot/cold pack to use this week to boost recovery. Tomorrow will be a light/practice day. Body is feeling pretty good at the moment, no lingering aches or anything.

Went in for deload weights today. 50% of estimated 1RM for 4x3

Weight was 238lbs

Five minute cardio warm-up
I did various stretches in between most of my sets today
Squat 225 4x3
Bench 185 4x3
Sumo deadlift 300 4x3
Face pulls 60 3x15
Fifteen minutes of light cardio

So hard to use deload weights, I felt like I was going to launch the barbell through the ceiling on squat and bench. Actually had to tone my bar speed down on bench because I felt like I was going to throw my shoulder out.

I've been feeling kind of sleepy and lousy the last two days, but I think it's just because I'm off work all week. I've been getting up at about normal time and eating breakfast and then just sitting around for half the day, napping and reading stuff on here. I know it'll be good for getting rested for the meet. Still I think I'll find something to do tomorrow to get moving a little. My routine is off without work and I'm a little lost on what to do during the day.

Got my hotel booked last night, went ahead and splurged a little on a nice room. Singlet from last year still fits even though I'm much bigger now. Only a few more days now.

May have found my next gym hoodie for after Saturday.

Throw in some light cardio if you're stir crazy. I was recently off for a week and started getting a little downsy and found that some morning and mid afternoon cardio was the ticket. I'm usually on my feet all day ( carpenter) and always get at least 5 miles a day just walking.

Yeah, my job is pretty active, too. I felt better after the cardio at the gym earlier for sure.

Nothing much new to report, mostly just been lounging about. I've done a little mobility work and stretching. I'll go to the gym this afternoon for my last light day before the meet.

One thing, the PIP from this test I got a few weeks ago continues to be pretty bad. I had zero issues the first thirteen weeks, this time I get a painful knot every time that takes a few days to go down. Worse, I think I gave myself a minor burn with one of those microwave heat pads the other day. Guess I got it too hot and then sat on it directly on my skin for awhile in the hopes it would help with PIP. Now the knot is going away, but I have a square, irritated patch there. Doesn't seem to affect lifting, at least, just hurts to sit down.

I'm about to actually get up and go replace the valve stems on two of my tires. I've been having problems with them leaking air. I've been feeling like a lazy POS lately being off work all week, so it'll be nice to get something done. I'll get to packing later on and get everything ready to leave late morning tomorrow. I'm so ready, this deload week with no work is making me feel sluggish and soft. Should feel like a beast on the platform though.

Wrong diagnosis, just changed a valve stem and noticed the leak was from a crack in the wheel.

Called a local junkyard and can get another for $75. Sucks, but I'm tired of airing this thing up constantly and getting poor fuel mileage.

Last deload day today

Weight was 236lbs

Five minute warm-up
Squat 225 4x3
Bench 185 4x3
Sumo deadlift 300 4x3
Face pulls 60 3x15
Fifteen minutes of light cardio

I've not been feeling well all afternoon. I believe it to be high blood pressure symptoms, but I can't get my stupid machine to give me a reading. Would not recommend East Bay Medical, by the way. No joke I literally tried over and over for almost two hours earlier, you have to have the cuff just perfect or no reading. My resting pulse was over 100 earlier though, I've been feeling really tired and out of breath. This is the last week of my cycle though, just have to make it through Saturday and I'm hoping getting off the dbol will make me feel better right away. If anyone has any suggestions on some short term remedies I'd love to hear them. I don't feel exactly the same as when my E2 was high and I don't want to up my adex dose and risk sides from that. As far as I know my strength should be all good, high BP or high E2.

Anyway, thanks for following along, I may post a few more updates before Saturday. After meet day I'll have to be vague on the results for security reasons, but I'll say what I can. If I went 9/9, hit what I wanted to hit, etc.

Cialis could help if you have any on hand plus your taking your girl with you to the hotel too right ;) win win in my books :D

Unfortunately I do not have any. I threw a bunch of celery in the blender just now, heard that helps. We'll see.

I've told my girl I have to conserve energy for the meet, so all I can do is get head until after Saturday. If that works we shall also see.
