First cycle. Please critique

Sounds good dude. I think everyone is kind of holding their breath hoping his stuff is g2g because everything else is damn top notch.

I hope you log and post your bloods also.

I'm only 2.5 weeks in the my first cycle but damn its like eating a salad and seeing a big fat juicy steak right in front of you. I want some :eek:

Tao I love that you can notice the little well being changes and emotional lifts.

I wack that oil jump and the shower and run off to work without a second thought. I find myself slowing down looking for things YOU describe.

Yes, I'm new to the game and I'm almost 3 weeks in on a test only run out of mexico, i still don't know if its gtg so I want to plan my next run in advance.
Hearing your guys reviews is helping all of us greatly, Thank you.

I am kinda picky on the pic's I save and this one is one of a fittness modle I found last year on bodybuilder.com that caught me eye, I don't know her name.

Do you want to share the name of the gear? There may be people who are familiar with it. Have you noticed anything from your gear yet? I think mine started to kick around week three.

If its gtg I will let everyone know. If its bunk I will scream it from the roof tops.
What I will say is it has a bull on the boxes, m0000 ;)
 
I got my blood tested for test numbers today. I'll post as soon as they come in. his will have another suppliers enath in it. I'll retest in 4.5 to 5 weeks which will have PEP's enath in it.

After taking the test, I went ahead and pinned 1cc of PEP's enath. No initial Pip. No head rush or euphoria. Hit the right glute.

I pinned a day early because of the cruise. I'll now be whacking Saturday and Tuesday.

I'm also wondering if in the last couple weeks if I should start cutting calories and lean out a little. Any thoughts on this?
 
I would say up your cardio, work on your tan, and enjoy the cruise!

It's hard to cut back on food when it's all you can eat ;)

Whoa there buddy, what's cardio? You mean doing more than 12 reps, correct?

I wouldn't start cutting back until two weeks after the cruise. You think cutting back then would help a bit?
 
Personally I never do because I assume I will drop weight after the cycle ends. If your body fat is getting high it may be a good idea while you have gear in your system to help you lose and still maintain your gains.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help though.

Actually you were alot of help. My body fat isn't high. In fact my waist and hip measurement is 1/4 inch less.

What I forgot that you just reminded me is that this is my first cycle and I don't know what my body will do. I could keep it all or lose 95% of it. I'm not going to change anything for a while.

This is why I like this place, because we can help each other! :thanks:
 
Cardio will help your gains, especially when bulking.

Cardio improves recovery time so you can work out more intensely because you're better recovered.

Cardio will also make you hungrier so you will be able to eat more and we all know what that will do.

Cardio also improves your overall health so again you will have more energy and intensity while lifting.

I made the mistake of dropping cardio in expectation that my bulking would improve , in the long run it did nothing but hurt my gains.

I'm doing much better now that I have Incorporated cardio back into my routine. And I just feel better overall now.
Just don't go crazy with it.
I do about a half hour every other day or no less than 3 times a week.

Why no picture? Its a great way to track progress.

I have pics. I also have pretty unique and obvious tattoos. I got really paranoid and ones with a shirt on don't really tell the story. I'll tell you what. I'll post a pic with an under armor shirt on and then I'll post one at the end of the cycle. Sorry but that's the best your gong to get from me
