Tall 6'4 lanky ish, 190lbs athletic. Might not be relevant, but I broke tib plateau 2 yrs back, had surgery. They cut my meniscus acl mcl etc,,, plate an 8 screws. Also had tendons in hand cut in half, and repaired. Wondering how to approach a first cycle. Haven't bought anything yet... Pretty fresh to concept. Eager though, any leads appreciated keywords to search people to follow etc. Sourcing eventually

I take it you're training atm(I hope you are) I don't see why your previous injuries would make you not want to cycle.

Just be careful of the strength increase and throwing weights around your injuries can not handle, maybe slowly increase the weights.
As long as you know how to train and diet while on cycle, then I'd say yeah, go for it.

If you haven't been training naturally for several years, I'd recommend working on that, focusing on areas that might become a concern when lifting heavy weights due to your previous injuries, etc., LONG before you worry about sourcing anything.

500mg of testosterone enanthate or cypionate every week. Get a full hormone panel done before you start and six weeks in. That way, you'll know, scientifically, how you respond to test.

Your AI dose will likely be 12.5mg EOD of aromasin or 0.5mg EOD of arimadex, but that differs on an individual basis.

Do you have your PCT sorted? If not, get that in order before you start.

I second this. I'm still natty and even though I platued I change ever single last aspect of training and diet and even daily life to put on one solid ass concrete foundation to build on. Don't rush to aas to break a plague be patient and work every way until it's the last resort to build on then you enter a new level of this lifestyle!

@KenVar take it your short lol. An my understanding is major gains from cycles stress tendons. I thought since I had all mine cut and stitched it was relevant. Also I couldn't walk for 6 months, tell a yr an a half ago. @Big_paul @Kinetic I've played 3 sports from 13-21, I was 210 before the accident. Dropped to 150 and have gained around 40 back. I work out daily since I was approved for physical therapy. I admit I'm not a huge power, or heavy lifter.
@Test_Subject thanks bro really appreciate the info. No I don't have pct, or full hormone panel. Have literally nothing on the topic, an I have little understanding either. First serious thread. @Finaplixguy711 he'll yea thanks bro good looking. Glad to know yall support the decision. I don't see any reason why not to

@PuddlePiratePunk I admit it is more of a crutch. I definitely have not reached natural limitations, I was prob even in better shape while in college. It's a long road. I def have a lot of research to do still before I feel comfortable so that's some time lol. Plus the deal with sourcing.

Do yourself a huge solid and do as much research as possible before you start. PCT and estrogen control are as important as the gear that you use.

Use the least amount of gear that you can to get the results that you want. Low doses and a good diet and routine are far better than taking a ton of shit and eating / training like crap.

That's why I'm here mate is to learn. Started with Jus sourcing, and soon realized I didn't have a firm understanding as previously thought. All though I was under the influence side affects only affect like 2%.also that you didn't have to pct unless you had the symptoms. I did admittedly think that Bitch tits baldness an small nads were the only worry tho lol

Dr. Scally has a very good PCT protocol in the PCT subforum. If you're doing a simple 500mg test cycle (which you should start with) then PCT should be easy.

Good luck and happy lifting.
