WTF? After reading this thread and your previous I am baffled. If you train 2 days a week you have no business using AAS. Your expecting something life changing? I expect a train wreck. What's your split if you only go to the gym twice a week?
On your cycle? Go for it. It's well planned and very sensible.....
For you on that cycle? You won't get past the 3rd week. It's to regimented for someone who doesn't really wanna be in the gym.
And I don't wanna here bullshit like. My friends ain't there to spot me. I have trained for 15 years, and about 12 of them have been without a partner (there excuses for not showing up, leaving early or just not wanting to do a set muscle group got old)
