First Steroid Cycle Expecting life change

I normally wouldn't think someone could think they are skinnyfat at 14%. is your bodyfat higher than that?

First I would ask training experience. How long, how dedicated? when was your last break and for how long? So how consistent, what type of progress have you made, etc?

I mean those are the important things, want to make sure you really ready, because based off your stats and what you said, might not be the best time to start yet.

But if everything is in order I would start by priming. Would really try to bring the bodyfat down to nothing before the cycle, then I would ease into the extra calories as the cycle progresses. Increase them incrementally rather than all at once.
 
Planning my first cycle and getting everything together to do it right. I am going to the thailand to get pharmacy grade steroids
Stats:
Age: 24 ( been waiting for this moment since i was 18, i didn't wanted to ruin my system, so i had to wait 6 years)
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 220lbs 14%bf
Diet now: 2800 Calories (45c/30p/25f) (maintenance)
Diet during cycle: 4500 calories (45c/30p/25f) (bulk)
Body Type: Ectomorph/Endomorph (skinnyfat)


Cycle:
Weeks 1 - 12 Test E 500mg (250mg monday / 250mg thursday)
Weeks 1 - 14 Liquidex .25mg EOD (bump to .5mg EOD if gyno/water retention occur)
Weeks 1- 13 HCG 250iu EOD (bump to 500 EOD if testicular atrophy occurs)

PCT:
Weeks 14 - 15 Liquid Clomi 100mg ED
Weeks 14 - 15 Nolvadex 40mg ED
Weeks 16 - 17 Liquid Clomi 50mg ED
Weeks 16 - 17 Nolvadex 20mg ED

Any advice or personal experince would be nice, also i can add my photos later on, and if anyone wants to join me in thailand, i would be glad

WTF is this? A well laid out plan that you obviously did your homework on to come up with. Great job. It looks pretty solid as a cycle. I wouldn't change it.

I'm also a skinny/fat dude and compete in BB so I know how hard it can be. Personally, I would change the diet around a little and slowly work up in calories until you hit a stalling point and then start the cycle and continue slowly adding calories. I've never had good luck making such a big jump in calories all at once. This is just me though. As this is your first cycle, you may find that a big jump like this while on cycle works well with you.

I was in Thailand years ago and would like to join you but my wife probably wouldn't understand.

Skinnyfat is not body condition, its a curse, only people who never saw real skinnyfat think its because of lack of muscle, Also most "skinnyfat" genetic carriers don't get newbie gains, i had same problem, no matter how hard i was training i had minimum progress, but i haven't stopped, i went from 71kg to 92-98, I still call myself skinny fat because i get fat really fast on my butt/legs/abs, also if i cut down i don't get a lot of muscle definition, i wouldn't even considered taking steroids if i had better genetics, but i love bodybuilding that's why i am making this step.

If you live in europe/asia its easy to join us, if you live in the usa, its a waste, you can stack up your cycle for 200$ plus you get a lot more beautiful nature in usa

Ill try to get bodyfat down, but as i mentioned i don't get a lot of definition, when i started i used to be 8% but i still had no abs, i was checked in hospital on army check

I made 2 posts 2 and 3 days ago, just because one didn't got attention as it was made in a time difference with usa, most of people in this post gave nonsense comments, that wouldn't help any1

I wouldn't worry about trying to get definition, it is just something you can do to make the cycle a bit more productive. I carry my fat differently than you, legs will be paper thin, even had butt to where I had some striations on the upper portion, yet stomach was still carrying a thick layer. When you do comparisons from one person to another the person who carries the least in the stomach region usually would be identified as leaner even if it wasn't the case. Don't worry about this for now, in the future when you do want to work towards being more cut it just means more work for you!! haha. But in either case it is nice to keep bodyfat low, especially prior to a cycle when you would like to eat. You'll also fill out nicely if you prime for growth. Also keep in mind what was said about moving your calories up gradually during cycle, that will help you keep the body fat a bit lower, and keep you growing through the cycle.

Edit: And finally for me it doesn't feel like steroids are life changing. My body composition didn't just get better, even though you would think so, you still will have certain genetic factors in play here, things will be somewhat different, but you'll still have to cover the basics like a natural lifter would to get a lean muscular physique.
 
Ok I read your other thread.
It answers some of my first questions. They aren't being too harsh on you either. Need to learn to take some criticism. And I agree with them, I would put some years into training naturally. I did it consistently from a kid till when I was over 30. At least you could put in a couple where you train each body part twice a week, some cardio as well, and a solid diet, without going off your training for more than a week or two per year.
 
Just an FYI for those that don't read the other thread. He only trains 2x a week because he is too lazy to go by himself, he thinks that he can change his entire life around the second he starts AAS and that he will maintain good diet and proper training with no real knowledge of training. Ima be mean to you because I hate people making identical threads because they didn't get the answer they wanted. I gave him solid cycle advice in the other one too. "Skinnyfat" is not some sort of genetic property that makes your body incapable of making noobie gains, you just sucked that's why you didn't make them. If skinnyfat did stop your body from adapting rapidly to new stimulus then the "skinnyfat gene" as you call it would have been wiped off the face of the planet centuries ago. You were never 8% BF because at 8%bf you will have abs unless for some reason you were born without core muscles or had them surgecally removed otherwise they'd show. Just because your scrawny doesn't make you lean. You undoubtably are not 14% BF right now too unless you can take a picture to prove me wrong but I'm gonna venture your like the rest that say 14% but are actually 20-22%. Good luck bud you are gonna need it
 
Haha skinny fat, yeah I'm that guy too, and guess what? Eating right, training right, and resting right eventually made that "gene" go away. No such thing bud, you're just not trying hard enough or don't know what youre doing

I doubt you were 8% with no abs...
Also we were trying to give you advise, but it wasn't what you wanted to hear so you got all butt hurt

The Op ( Micheal ) is definitely a fucking troll. He sent me the most bazar chat early this morning. It started out with him asking me how much I weighed. When I told him he was weird for asking because I don't know the guy. He started cussing me and told me to speak English and said something about sucking me off. He trolled me for a good hour. I so hate the chat feature. Seems like once a week I get a troll and I never get them in just a normal PM.

Get blood work done. That's been a big help for me. Pre,mid and post bloods.
