K so something that i noticed is that i have a little faster heart rate. My normal is like 68-72 and im now at 94-97. Which is still normal by standards is this something i should have checked out?
So 15 is a little overkill on shoulders huhI always did 12 sets for small muscles and 16 to 20 sets for larger muscle. natural or on AAS.

So these were all 3by 12 but calfs those were 9 by 12
Well this was one intense workout i. I got that" holy shit im so high am i gonna pass out " feelings when i was finished with squats. I was so burnt by hacks my legs were on fire!! I almost fell down the stairs when i was leaving the gym. I had to use a damn hand rail all the way out!! Awesome night though.![]()
