First Test Cycle

Hes not doing to bad now his itching has gone away some
So tonight i did back and it was intense! !

Dorian deads
Weighted pull ups
Rows
Db rows
Late pull
Shrugs
All of em 3 by 12 and on rows and late pulls i threw a little rest pause set at the end. I almost threw up by the time . Finished late pulls. But it was awesome !
 
K so something that i noticed is that i have a little faster heart rate. My normal is like 68-72 and im now at 94-97. Which is still normal by standards is this something i should have checked out?
 
Last night was shoulders and thry were on fire when i left the gym.

Bb presses 3by 12 and then did strip sets
Arnold presse
Front raises
Side raises
And bentover flys
They were all 3by 12

I havnt felt a burn like that in awhile it was a good workout for sure!! Im still 200 this morning i might need to add another meal in somewhere and up the cals a little more.
 
Thanks bro i appreciate it!! Yes i do have some good guys lookin out for sure. Ya its gettibg to the point that its just for biulding and refueling . Its not for tlthe taste at all!
 
Its a mundane task. Big bite chased down with a big swig of water. That helps mask the misery if only for the remainder of that piece. Honestly it doesn't even bother me no more. Im used to it. If all else fails mustard baby! Its good on just about everything. ..seriousely

Lol ya i tried low sodium soy sauce for my rice but its still to much sodium in a day but i throw bbq on to from time to time. Ill have to remember the mustard secret!!:-)
 
Today was arm day!! Awesome pump and no one at the gym:-) ! I had it all to myself. So i set up some strip sets and had everything lined up so i just went feom one to the next.

Close grip bench ( strip)
Overhead extensions
Skull crushers
Push downs( rope)
Bb curls ( strip)
Hammer curls
Preacher curls ( strip)
Inclined curls

All 3 by 12 and it burned so good!!! Tommorow is legs and both my thighs hurt from pinning still. Hope it better tomorrow.

Well this was one intense workout i. I got that" holy shit im so high am i gonna pass out " feelings when i was finished with squats. I was so burnt by hacks my legs were on fire!! I almost fell down the stairs when i was leaving the gym. I had to use a damn hand rail all the way out!! Awesome night though.:-)
