Yo my stats are
233 lbs
30%bf give or take idk
5'10
19
225lbs PR bench
Im looking any help with lean gains and fat loss all help is greatly appreciated
Diet is salad grilled chicken veggies no soda
 
Wasting your money if you're that fat and cycling. Get your diet squared away, lose the fat and get bigger natty first.

Buy a food scale, use myfitness pal app, figure your TDEE and eat at a deficit.

I'm going thru the same process, except I'm a lot older. I've lost 15lbs in about 6 weeks with just diet alone.

See i don't have that much fat and i am pretty strong already but I feel Im closer to 20% I believe
 
Most everyone here told me to get to 15% or less before cycling. I don't have any experience with that aspect, just know what I was told.

I do know the diet seems to be the key that unlocks all the doors, as I've made more progress in a shorter time, and that was the one big thing I changed.....getting at least 1g of protein per pound of weight.

20% of 233 is almost 50 lbs. That's a lot of fat. That's if your bodyfat judging abilities are accurate.

Don't over think things. Consistency trumps all. You need a little more time pushing yourself in the gym and putting some good nutrition in your tummy before drugs are introduced.

This is not to discourage you. This is to.build a great base so when you do (if you decide to) use AAS, you will receive the full potential they can offer.

Is that you are 19! You are way too young to start AAS you'll screw yourself up and end up needing 2 viagra just so you can get a semi chub for the escort you hire because your girlfriend left disappointed. That's a bit harsh but it's a plausible scenario. Diet and training for like 6 more years would be ideal really nail it down! 4 at the absolute minimum in my eyes. I started too young and I'm still young and I regret the hell out of it.
 
i was 240 at over 35% bf. i cut down to 176 12% naturally. then i hopped on gear.

dont touch the gear until youre in shape.
 
Yes stop now and throw away the gear. It's better then trying to save it as it'll just tempt you to make a stupid life choice.
This is experience talking not just someone who doesn't like young people on.
