First time T3

(Read the bold to save time) Yo, to get right into it I've lost 120 lbs in the past year and a half through swimming. The issue is that it was just swimming. So after season I had a 3 month break and I was skinny fat at the time. I was bulking and my bench went up from 50 to 110 lbs for 8 reps and being able to curl 25 lbs to 45 lbs. I added on a lot of fat, going from 190 lbs to 210 lbs. I also went on vacation a lot so I had gaps where I didn't train. Whats weird is that i'm still the same pants size but whatever. Anyway I was going to quit swimming and stick to bulking but a change of heart happened and I want to go through with swimming since I have my entire life to bulk after that. I have 10 weeks till season and Idk my bf but heres a pic (I'm a little stronger and a tiny bit fatter) and keep in mind my gyno (from a previous high bf) makes me look heavier than I am (6'1 210 lbs).Let me know what you thing my bf is.

So Heres my plan, I ordered the t3 from turkey so it should be here in 3 weeks but I'm still trying to take advantage of noob gains while cutting. I'm young but I'm not stupid. I'm aware taking some anabolic steroid would be more benifical for my situation but at 18 I'm not going near them. T3 production, however doesn't differ from someone my age to someone thats 40 ( and still lifting) So I would get the same effect as any of you, compared to any roids I would get fcked over in the long run. I don't want to go over 50 mcgs per day because like I said I'm still trying to make noob gains and I heard this can be extremely muscle catabolic in high doses. I'm going to be eating 2000 calories and training each body part 2 times a week and short intense cardio 6 times a week with 1 rest day for both. I will be doing intermittent fasting and wont eat till after the nworkouts, and in the morning taking 50 mcgs on an empty stomach along with these supps: Deer antler velvet, L-orithine, L - glutamien, fish oils, Grow tall hgh ( not real hgh just an activator), L- argintine, L- lysine, and ipriflavone. I'm alos going to take creatine before my lifting so I'm not tired I have L-caratine but I've read it interferes with the t3. I bought these supps a long time ago when i started swimming and they gave me a quick 2 inch growth spurt while i was 17 so i figured they create additional hgh. I have a 7 week time period to use t3 so what cycle would work best for me? And how should I taper off. Most importantly what should I expect out of it. If any suggestions to my diet or routine to maximize muscle gain and fat loss please help out. Thanks.

Thank you, I'll definitely take your word. I might just quit swimming and stick with bulking because I don't think I can lose 35 lbs ( I'm guessing) In 10 weeks. Thanks.

I'm aware I don't need test but if a low dose of a moderate test will be able to neutralize the catabolic properties of T3 then I would be open to it. And shouldn't the pubescent gyno say something about my test levels already. I'm aware I'm misinformed in a lot of this but I have to learn from somewhere and I rather it be on here then from a bad experience, so I'm more than happy to have people chime in and and answer my questions, that other guy is just trying to insult me though. I'm not disagreeing with you on any of these i'm just asking what if this and that in addition to your knowledge. I'm stuck on T3 because I've been reading up on that for a while and compared to other stuff like DNP it seems easier to control at low doses like 35 - 50 mcgs. And it also seems that it is catabolic to muscles when at a dose of or higher than 75 mcgs. I also figured that I'm able to gain muscle as a noob on it because many skinny high metabolic kids with a crap diet and bad form are still able to gain muscle and stay lean as hell eating nothing but pizza and pb. I figured upping it by only 25 mcgs over it's natural production would get me that result, not upping it by 100 mcgs and taking it with test.

A deficit and POSSIBLY some other supplements are all you need. GW is a waste of money IMO. @Dema is a shill trying to make a sale with it as far as I'm concerned.

Albuterol, fasted morning swims, HIIT after weight training, ECA and a deficit. You need nnothing else. The supps aren't needed either but I know you want something so they're there. Keep fat and carbs at 25% of your total daily intake as a rule of thumb and you will see results. T3 is a waste of muscle.

Yeah losing 3.5 lbs a week wouldn't be healthy. I don't know though, I may end up losing 10 lbs my first week since I purposely took in a lot of sodium on my bulk. Check out this guy though 50 fucking lbs in 90 days! I wonder how he did it but I'm not going to experiment with myself. I do have 10 weeks till swimming though, which the soul reason for this. Thanks man.

Sorry, did I miss something with the swimming? Are you trying out or just want to be in shape to be competitive...?

What does your current routine look like? It should include a shit ton of swimming, core work and compound movements. I had a good friend that was a swim star in highschool. He did the three above items and excelled dramatically. The difference was the compound lifts IMO.

Lol, that guy seemed kind of cool. Calm down savage. Anyway yeah I'm worried about wasting hard earned muscle but I'm just desperetly looking for a way to lose the fat in this timespan. It's honestly not about looking for the shortcut, I may be derranged but I love putting in hard work to see the number on the scale drop. If I can't get down to around 10 percent bf by the 10 weeks I'm gonna have to quit swimming because you don't realize how much 5 or 10 pounds affects you, my times are going to be slower. I'm gonna keep looking for a way for this to work and not just not lose muscle but gain muscle out of it. I might just take 25 mcgs, thats barely anything, just a 5 mcg bump so it might help lose 5 lbs of fat and not give up any muscle in the long run. Opinion on that?

You're going to be disappointed I think... you need to focus on swimming. A lot of it. It is going to burn the fat big time. Nothing else is going to help you aside from maybe some of the fat burners I've already mentioned AND most importantly, time. That's it.

sorry kid but I looked at your pic and their is no way you are a competitive swimmer now nor will you be in 10 weeks. you need muscle to be competitive and your not going to get it using t-3 , it going to take time forget about the 10 weeks and look more towards the next season.

Lol, I was before I bulked up. Swimmers do not have good muscle other than lats, well brest strokers have big chest, backstrokers have big backs and shoulders, but I'm a freestyle sprinter at 22.19 seconds for a 50 yard. They are lean though. I initally started bulking up from 9 percent bf, you are very misunderstood and in no way is this an attack but it's just the biggest observation I've made out of swimmer bodies. I'm not trying to go pro, but even pros like phelp are big and lanky but have little muscle but lats. Their abs are very visable but they are also very flat. This is my last season as a highschool senior, the next season would have been in college but I don't think I could get into a college swim team if I get back in the water and swim a 24.

No shit idiot. It's called critiquing, no doctor is going to tell an 18 year old to go ahead and dive in head first into a pile of dangerous black market drugs. I want to see if he can find any possible solution like low doses of certain things that won't effect me as much like 25 mcgs, or he might just tell me to go fuck myself which in contrary would still help me learn.
