Just going to start HRT . I believe in supplementation and i believe hrt is overall healthier for my goals and life style . I understand that’s not the typical “smart approach”.

Not so much that it’s reckless, but that’s a lot of compounds without knowing how your body is going to respond. Next thing you know, you haven’t slept for a week and you look like you should be on pornhub in the tranny section due to the tits you’ve grown. all joking aside, it’s a marathon and not a sprint so no sense in running the kitchen sink your first cycle.
 
I’m not going to bad mouth your decisions as your a man and can make your own bed. But, listen to experience bud or consider it at least. Hell I made the best gains over the past 3 years and only thing I took was 290mg of test or less a week and hgh and provi.

But the thing that changed it all up was my change in diet! I had to force myself to eat to feed my body to grow. Without the food the gear won’t do what it needs to.

I rarely say I’m better than the next man, but people throwing around these high ass dosage and look like dog shit (Not intended to you). Man if you would just do a test only and get your diet dialed in you will make fantastic progress on your frame.

Just consider it and watch your bloodwork make sure your AI is pharma branded or from a reputable source that sells pharma shit.

Be safe with it and if you are going to run tren most people benefit it on the tail end.
 
If you only run 2 compounds then you would no if what you are doing is working. And since you are in shae before AAS then you do know. You will be wasting your products running all that. Instead run 2 compounds a a time for a lower dose and much longer. If your going to do HRT any way. Do Test and Deca for 16 weeks. Then get bloodwork. If they come back good. Then Drop Deca and do Test Tren and winstrol for 10 weeks. You will make better progress this way instead of all of it in a 16 weeks cycle. Make it a longer cycle with lesser compounds. That way you now have a 26 weeks cycle and ran lower doses and got more out of it. Instead of 16 weeks of everything at once.
 
This is one hell of a first cycle.

Positives:
1. You've done your research I had to double check this was your first cycle and not 6th or 10th.
2. You've got a great base. 190 and lean and you look good. Good work.
3. You are mentioning bloodwork. Good. I hope you've taken pre-cycle bloods.
4. You must have some nutrition knowledge, your at least listing macros. You wouldnt have achieved what you have natty without good nutrition.

Negatives:
1. So many compounds. This would be fine if you'd built up to this, but if something is fucking your appetite its gonna be hard to tell what it is.
2. The focus is on the drugs. Diet is so important....its really the hit. Food. These drugs will change nutrient partitioning and all these great things, but we build muscle out of food. I dont have a shred of muscle built by test or deca or tren, it's all made out of chicken and turkey and salmon and fueled by sweet taters and shit.
3. Will your body handle this? I've found that a certain amount of conditioning has helped the way my body deals with these drugs. Especially with acne. Brother, you may end up a cystic acne shitshow with this. Seriously. I ran a pretty heavy sust tren Dbol cycle like 10 years ago when I didnt know what I was doing. (Oh I researched and had a lot of theoretical knowledge) The acne was horrible. 750 sust 350 tren for 10 weeks and 50mg dbol for first 4 weeks. It took my skin a year to recover. If you wanna do a show all those fucking pimples ain't gonna look good.

Scale this fucker back a little. Drop the deca. It's just gonna cause problems.

If you insist on running more than test which is what most of us would advise (myself included) then maybe try this....

It was bad advice. This is a harm reduction forum. I could not, in good conscience, advise that.

Instead, I'll ask you this. What is the rush?
You've built for 4 years naturally. Take your time. Slowly build with AAS. The results can be phenominal.

If you wanna do a show, do a show. The dieting and leaning down and cutting water is all going to be a huge learning curve. Get some experience with that then come in stronger the next year with what you've learned.

Good luck my man. And if none of this has swayed you, at least drop the deca and move the tren to the end.

Thanks for the detailed response I appreciate everyone’s input , It’s one of those things where it’s like . I’m going to do it this way but happy to gain the knowledge and pass it on to someone who probably will never listen. Going back I probably wouldn’t have taken the Tren but feel

Current weight - 197 :0
Macros are now something like
P 240 c 470 f 120

I dropped the winny after the first day and switched to 50mg androl and will do that for 4 weeks . So far my diet has been perfect I did increase my protein and carbs my daily intake is at 3800 right now .

I definitely have retained some water and my work outs have got a little more intense . Not sure
If that would be the Tren or androl or
Just possibly a placebo

Shots have been good , no pain and my wife does them. My sex drive has been crazy already through ! Still maybe a placebo it’s hard to tell. Over all I feel
Great and excited for other compounds to kick in .

I haven’t taken a Arimidex yet I will start in the next few, also have a posing class coming up . I feel awkward

Dont take AI unless you need it. Low E2 is worse than high E2.
 
Test tren was my first cycle 250mg test 700mg tren
Only thing that i regret is that i didnt use more testosterone.
The thing about fresh receptors first cycle is real.
I would do 100mg drol at your stats.

Thanks! I actually woke up this morning thinking the same thing . Will probably run 100mg for 4 weeks take a break and then finish off with another 4 weeks at 100 .
 
Little update about 5 weeks in to my first cycle , got a lot of shit from people saying the cycle was too big for first cycle. I’m a believer in doing your own research and not listing to people on forums because who knows who’s full of shit .

Well so far I have gained 20 pounds and have remained pretty lean . Lifts have increased exponentially and have had no sides so far . If anything I have learned most people have no idea what they are talking about.
